I bought one after an incident that happened to my neighbor who lived alone. His brother could not reach him and called me. I went over to check on him. Fortunately he put a front door key under a flower pot outside his entrance. I managed to find the key to get in and then called 911. This prompted me to think about the need for a secure method to store a key outside. I ordered this and is extremely pleased with it. It is sturdy, well-made, easy to set the code, and big enough to store 3 keys inside. I installed it outside my house and gave the code to our adult children and a trusted friend so that they may get into our house if needed. Additionally, we may even give the code to the emergency personnel to get the key to in if we had an accident inside the house and cannot open the door. In fact, we like it so much that we even bought another one for another entrance door. I also recommended this to some of our friends as well. We thought about chaging the lock to a key-coded lock but at the end we still prefer this instead.

I wanted a small but good lockbox for my backyard keys. I loves this design and size also. Easy to install and open. Super sturdy and great material and quality for the price. The lock works great! And its safe because its thick, not that cheap plastic that you can see in other lockboxes.

I bought this larger size lock box to house the spare keys at our Airbnb. Other models seemed too small, and then I came across this one. I really like the size and how easy it is to operate. Switching codes is a breeze and love the waterproof capabilities. I mounted mine under a support post for added protection from the elements.
