Very accurate and precise
This digital thermometer deserves 5 stars! It’s fast, accurate, and very easy to use. The readings come up quickly, which is especially helpful when checking a child’s temperature. The display is clear and easy to read, even in low light, and the overall design feels sturdy and well-made. I also like that it’s compact and easy to store or take on the go. Overall, it’s a reliable and essential item to have at home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable thermometer.

Worth it with multiple kids
I've had the oral and ear thermometers going on 2 years and I absolutely love the whole setup. Being able to track all my kids temps, symptoms, meds ect is awesome! There isn't many setups like this and it's so handy! While I'm not a huge fan of the eat thermometer, I do love the oral one and will be getting the other no contact thermometer to try it out. Easy and fast to use, set up, of app is too. very handy info on the app and I love that at the bottom in the app it shows cases of COVID and flu in your area. This is a must have especially if you have multiple kids. Battery life is amazing on these thermometers and they don't take up much room. I took an old headphones case and can fit them right next to my otoscope with room to spear. I think it's worth the money, especially since it's a one time deal no subscriptions for the app!

The "Covid Throwback" That Earned Its Spot: My Take on the Kinsa QuickCare
We all remember the peak of the pandemic when checking your temperature was practically a morning ritual. For most of us, those gadgets ended up in the back of the medicine cabinet once things settled down, but the Kinsa QuickCare Smart Digital Thermometer is a Covid throwback that actually keeps on giving. While other thermometers feel like a relic of a stressful time, this one has proven its utility as a high-tech staple in my daily life. The first thing you notice is that the read times seem almost superhuman. We’ve all dealt with those old-school digital thermometers that make you sit there for a full minute while you wonder if the battery has died. This thing clocking in at under 8 seconds is a total game-changer. Whether you’re trying to get a quick reading before heading out the door or dealing with a squirmy grandkid, that speed is worth the price of admission alone. It’s fast, accurate, and FDA-cleared, so you aren’t sacrificing reliability for a quick result. I’m usually the first to complain when a simple device requires a "smart" app just to function, but Kinsa actually gets it right. The tracking app is great because it does the one thing a thermometer can’t: it remembers. It logs the history for multiple family members, which is incredibly helpful when you’re on the phone with a doctor and they ask when the fever actually started. It’s not just tech for the sake of tech; it’s a functional log that stays in your pocket. Is it a bit of a "smart" overkill for a thermometer? Maybe for some. But for someone who values efficiency and clear data, this is a winner. It’s rugged enough to survive being tossed in a travel bag, and the Bluetooth sync is seamless. It’s a classic example of taking a basic household tool and actually making it better with a little bit of clever engineering.

Sick days made so much easier as a Mom
I bought this when Elle got sick, and it ended up being one of the most helpful things I’ve gotten as a mom. I originally heard about it from Nurse Jen Hamilton, which is what made me try it, and it did not disappoint. The thermometer itself is quick, accurate, and really easy to use, even when your child isn’t feeling great. But what really sets it apart is the app. It automatically saves temperature readings and then walks you through what to do next based on symptoms. It gave me guidance like when it’s okay to manage at home versus when to call the doctor, which honestly took a lot of the anxiety away. I also love how everything is tracked in one place. Being able to see the timeline of symptoms and temps made me feel way more organized and in control. It’s especially helpful when you’re tired and trying to remember what’s been going on. The design is simple, the setup was easy, and I really appreciate that the battery is replaceable. It just feels like a thoughtful, well made product for parents. Overall, this made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. I would absolutely recommend this to any parent.

BEST THERMOMETER SO FAR
Go for this one, is FAST, ACCURTE, RELIABLE and VERY EASY TO USE. Not gonna write about how to use it, it has instructions and a very intuitive app that covers all the basic things. I was using 2 non contact thermomethers (sorry iHealth PT-3 Forehead Thermometer and Femometer DET-306) they were recomended by a nurse and a physician but after a few months I started getting very strange readings so I went to the old mercury thermometer which you all may know are very accurate but slow. After reading a lot I found this small marvel, being an electronic device and after the bad expereinces with the others I had my doubts and started comapring the readings between the mercury one, the 2 non contact and the Kinsa, and I have to say that it's perfect, the differences between the mercury and this are very tiny, almost imperceptible. The app helps you record the readings for all the members of your family individually, you create profiles for each one of them, and after using it when you open the app it asks you which member is the reading for and stores it, it also gives you the chance to say if you have other symptoms and gives you advice and what you should do. As you can see in the pictures is small and the screen is bright and clear, very aesy to read, you can change between F° o C° (refer to the intructions on how to do it). The probe is felxible and very soft and you can use it Oral, Armpit or Rectal, it's up tou the user. I have no doubts that is the best thermomether I've had and I hope it keeps working as fast and accurate for many years.

Broke in 3 months. Contacted them with no reply
I think this thermometer and app were great but then recently it just kept saying error. I emailed kinsa and nothing.. so I put 1 stars for that because an item not even half a year old doesn't work. Sucks
