Good value easy to swallow

My son haven't been well and after some examination and tests, his GP suggested taking this Vitamin D supplement. It is a good value for money for a year supply. The tables are not too big, which is a bonus. I only gave 4 stars because of the packaging. The plastic container/packaging could be much smaller; it would be easier to store and it would be better for the environment.

Item is just what we wanted. Came quickly and well packaged.

Great value for money and easy to swallow

Vitamin D isn’t the same as D3. D3 is what we get from the sun which is more readily absorbed and better for us. If your doctor tells you that you are vitamin D deficient, he or she actually means you’re D3 deficient. This is especially so during the winter months.

The doctor recommended Vitamin D tablets and these are great and not too expensive.
