Very fresh, always consistent, and has good taste and texture.

The flour is awesome, and I don’t know that I would ever go back to any other type. I suppose I should’ve read the description a little bit more carefully because I got a little surprise when these two tiny packages arrived. I’ll watch a little bit more carefully in the future, but it’s still worked just as good as a big package.

This is the flour you must have to make all of your family & friends sourdough. Great value, high quality, taste fantastic & freshly made with love.

Don’t buy these bags thinking there the same size as the ones in the grocery store like I did! They are mini bags. Not sure if I can even make a loaf of bread out of one and for more money than the 5lb bag in the store. Would not accept a return after noticing my mistake so I probable won’t support this company again. I’ll just buy locally for my bread stand. Hope this helps someone else out about to make the purchase

King Arthur organic bread flour makes great bread. Nice rise during the yeast proofing. Bakes a great loaf of bread. I like the King Arthur bread. Flavor. We like to grind rosemary and basil herbs in our Mortar & Pestle and put it in the watery bowl in the very beginning. It’s nice to get all the flavors mixed up in the water before the 1st proofing. King Arthur bread flour is the best bread flour I have found!!

I love King Arthur. My pastries and loaves of bread are always perfect! Just wished it was sold in Canada. I recommend all their products. They will not disappoint you.
