Does it sting/burn/tingle/itch after application?

It doesn't itch or burn after application. However it does sting and tingle abit but that's a recurring problem with all lip products by this company.

I have medium-large lips. so the effects are subtle for me. but it works.

Does this last for long or a few hours. How often do you need to re-apply during the day? Thx

The gloss will last awhile, but you will need to reapply after eating and drinking. The tingling sensation and any plumping effects don't last long at all.

Does this really make your lips plump”

Yes the first time I used this my lips blew up huge! They were very red, however after the first time my reaction wasn’t as sever and this has become my absolute favorite lip plumper! It works better then the $70 one I got at Sephora
