Engaging for a 6 year old reluctant reader
Alongside a little bribery, these have been the only books really engaged my 6 year old daughter who had fallen behind in reading. It’s the first and easiest series within the Rainbow Fairy universe, where there are similar characters but increasing levels of difficulty, which creates continuity for reluctant readers

Reading books
Bought for my daughter to encourage reading. Wanted something more girly than biff, chip and kipper to get her interested in learning to read and these definitely do the job. The illustrations are bright and beautiful.

Rainbow magic beginner readers
These books are lovely. My daughter loves looking at the pictures and talking about the different fairies. These books are nice bedtime stories which I read to my daughter. I bought them thinking she could read them by herself but they are too difficult. (5 years old/Year 1)
