Solid replacement!
I don't know why the original designers settled on this style, but I've broken several from the vacuum falling over while charging and breaking off the charger. Even though the design isn't ideal, this replacement has held up better than the originals!

This thing is huge
The charger does seem to work and to charge the vacuum, but it is about three times the size of the original plug. With this unit, you have 3-4 foot cord plugged into the wall, then a giant charging adapter, and another 3-4 foot cord. If you had your original plugged in behind a cabinet or something, so just a small cord was visible, you won’t be able to do that with this one. It’s just an eyesore.
