Gorgeous looking katana, straight out of the box I was impressed with it. It came very well packaged. The handle had its own wrapping, the sheath had its own wrapping, and the blade was in its own wrapping inside the sheath, as well as the entire thing also was in its own wrapping 😂 Definitly a real sword with its weight and sharpness, tho I got it specifically for display and dont want to test its durability. The handle has a very nice grip and the entire thing was obviously made with care.

I really like this sword The price is real reasonable and I like the look of it. I will be buying more swords and katanas in the future.

Let’s be real, this is a $120 katana. I don’t expect it to take any hard impacts, or to live up to the reputation of a genuine, handmade Japanese katana. However, this is my first katana (and certainly won’t be my last), and for this price point it’s very well made and very beautiful. I MEAN IT’S A GOLD KATANA! It really doesn’t get much cooler than that for a first katana. So far it’s survived slicing through the box it came in, and I don’t wanna take much farther than that to not ruin it. I will say it has some good weight and it’s well balanced (it’s balanced about 5.5 inches from the guard). Overall very happy with this purchase and it will make an excellent display piece.

Beautiful blade and sheath. The only reason I reduced it by one star was because the katana flops around in the sheath, and has poor fitment. The blade did come sharp, but I can't say to the durability of the blade, but it does feel sturdy.

Sharp and beautiful, it is a classic. You can use it to protect your family, it feels nice. You do have to be careful because it could cut you, it definitely reminds me of the samurai. The writing on the sword is impeccable, brings it to life

This sword to start off is not as vibrabt a gold as it is in the pictires but rather more of a vintage gold. To start the designs on the blade are well etched and the blade itself is sturdy and sharp. Now for the hilt and pommel and tang. These parts aren't the best in quality. The hand guard seems cheap, the wrapping isn't the best and the fake stingray skin has rubbing defects and white spots. Would I recommend yes, would I display it definitely but if your looking for detail this is not whatbyour looking for.
