WATERFLY Small Lightweight Packable Backpack: 20l Hiking Daypack Man Woman

I bought this for a Disney trip and it was way better than I thought it would be. It folds down so small and easily, I brought it it my carry on and then used it to carry water and ponchos in the parks. It was a big smaller than I thought it would be, but actually it was perfect, a bigger bag would have just had a lot of wasted space. It was very very hot and humid, but it's so lightweight and small, it didn't make my back hotter like other bags I've had. My son put butter (!!!) in it and it melted and leaked all over, but I threw it in the washing machine when I got home and it came out good as new. It is much higher quality than I expected for the price, and I would definitely buy bags from this company again.

We tried at least five options before finding exactly what we were looking for in a day bag! We were looking for a new bag for our Disney park days and had several requirements! We wanted: *Something with multiple pockets for easily sorting the different things we would need throughout the day. *Something that could easily hold a pair of Minnie ears without squishing them! *Something with straps that would not dig in to our shoulders. *Water resistant This bag fit all of our requirements and more! I didn't realized just how much I needed something different from the standard backpack I normally carried. Because of the multiple pockets, the weight was so nicely distributed that it was super easy to carry this for an entire day. It was much more comfortable than having all of the weight at the bottom of a backpack! I have already recommended this bag to friends and would buy it again and again!

This is my third water resistant, travel-friendly bag from waterfly. These are well made and durable, I’ve had one of them for several years and it still looks new because it’s easy clean.

I used this backpack for almost a month of travel in South America. Despite it being made from parachute like material it never got damaged and successfully carried a lot - as a personal item for air travel, bus travel and car travel, and use trekking in cities and some hiking, and for carrying a full load of groceries from various markets on different occasions, and I always had a water bottle in the side pocket. However I do have a few comments and suggestions for Waterfly: 1) (and this is the most important) - They really should make the front bottom pocket with 2 zippers, not one. Because there is only one zipper. the bottom pocket zipper opens the pocket entirely creating a greater risk of things falling out. If it had 2 zippers you could keep it closed on the side and not have that risk. This caused me to use that pocket for less important items than I otherwise would have, for fear they could fall out. 2) There is a small zip-off flap that has a small pocket near the top of the backpack. That zip off flap hides a larger zipper pocket on the front of the back pack. That larger pocket is very important - important enough that I kept my passport there. Not once did I feel the need to remove the zip-off flap pocket and use it as an independent carry pocket, but I did accidently zip it off entirely and found it isn't the easiest to zip back on.. Not a major complaint, and I think others might find the zip off feature useful but not this traveler.. I can basically take it or leave it. I do like the fact that velcro holds the flap down over the very important pocket underneath - and there's an easy to access pull to open it up.. very nice. 3) Some more expensive backpacks have a waist belt to offset some of the weight to your waist. I think that could make a valuable addition to this bag at minimum cost. (The backpack value already punches above it's cost) But now I'm thinking how it could be improved. I should note that although the mesh side pockets for water bottles is well sized, the bottle I used is made from a "frictiony" plastic and was rather hard to get in the pocket. push and pull and move around -- it got in ok but requires a bit more effort than I would like. Something I like: there is a small adjustable strap that secures the bottle in the pocket - very important as my bottle is a fairly expensive Grayl water filter which would be a shame to lose and difficult to replace in a foreign country. Finally I would say that another larger pocket in the main compartment - perhaps with a zipper, would be appreciated. It's nice that it's as large as it is but one more pocket there would really help with organization. Overall I like it a lot and recognize that it is a great value. Thank you Waterfly.

Great little pack! Really lightweight, carries essentials nicely. Initially concerned that straps weren’t padded, but pack is lightweight and straps are wide enough that it was completely comfortable carrying essentials plus a couple of water bottles. It went to camp and got dirty- tossed in the washer, air dried and it looks new. Really nice fabric, folds small. Love this!

Good material! I had a "Hikpro" 20L backpack for a long time before it finally gave up. I got this one as a replacement. I really do like it! The material is a decent thickness and the zippers are pretty sturdy. The outside small pocket (front) is nice. As an FYI, it only holds about a pack of cigarettes (still nice though). The "hidden pocket" is a good size (a couple of phones worth). The rest of the backpack is as described. Hope this helps

Love this backpack! It’s lightweight and has so many compartments and 2 water bottle holders on each side it’s absolutely perfect I take it to the park with my dog and can fit just about anything in it. It also folds into a compact little case

ein kleiner leichter Wanderrucksack mit vielen kleinen Taschen, der für kürzere Tages- Wanderungen ideal ist, auch für 2 Wasserflaschen ist Platz vorhanden. Außerdem ist er sehr klein zusammen faltbar als kleines Täschchen. Ich kann ihn sehr gut empfehlen.

I bought this backpack for my carry on hand luggage when I went on holiday. It was an ideal choice, and could hold a lot more than I was expecting. There are several pockets, enabling me to keep everything safe. The backpack can be folded up easily and takes up only a small amount of space. I loved this backpack and use it on a regular everyday basis. This was a fantastic purchase, which I would recommend to anyone.
