These toys are brilliant. They have the collectible factor as there are loads of different ones. But the best thing is they are great fidget toys. I usually carry one or two in my bag when we go out and they always manage to help calm or distract my daughter if needed. They are very sturdy too and don’t break easily. We will be getting more.

Bought these for my kids' advent calendars (I buy little bits all year round and pop them in). They're cute and the kids will love them! 2 of them are too big to fit into the advent calendar but I'll pop them one each in their stocking so it's fine. Nice to see good sized well made toys. My son uses his other oh my gif figures like fidget toys.

The thing that will catch out most potential buyers more than anything else about this product is explained in the small print at the bottom of the product video- “toys do not move on their own”. Everything else about the marketing of it seems intent on implying otherwise, even the product’s packaging, to the extent that if a child unwrapped this as a Christmas present, they would be quite likely to expect each toy to be battery operated and to wobble on their own, like the classic music-sensing sunflowers of old. But no. These toys are poseable, to a very limited extent, but inert unless you wiggle them manually. So instead of being toys for younger kids, they’re actually aimed at older kids (or childish grown-ups!), kids who already know and use memes and WhatsApp and Messenger. The AR app backs this up, granting you mini images of them for sharing with your friends. There’s clearly a sense, or at least a hope, that these will trend and people will want to show off their collections (which would potentially become very expensive). The problem with that is, they’re too childish and inflexible for an older audience that might want to play with facial expressions and different arm movements. They’re also rather cheaply made in a way- better than Kinder Egg standard, but not Transformers standard, would be my child-of-the-80’s way of describing it. They are fairly difficult to pose in interim positions between one extreme of their positions and the other. If you can be bothered, you can also use stop-motion apps to create your own videos or even GIF’s with them- but with fixed expressions and such limited pose ranges, there’s a lot less potential here than there is with even something as simple as a Lego figure. I don’t feel they have the classy niche grown-up appeal of something like a Funko Pop, where people buy their favourite sci-fi characters in silly bobblehead form. These are at the wrong level and I don’t expect them to go down well in Forbidden Planet. They’re a novelty item, obviously, and will appeal more to slightly older kids than the first impressions may suggest. But in that respect they fall between two stools for me- needing too much savvy for smaller kids to get anything out of, but with a childish look and build quality aged too low for older kids to appreciate. They’re an interesting Christmas stocking filler type toy, but will these be trending in our house? I don’t think so, and for the sake of my bank balance I hope not.

Was bought as a gift which my niece absolutely loves! Apparently it was her favourite present and she spent hours making them do their funny dances. Price was fantastic as they were on sale.

My 8 year old daughter loves these figures and a great price from amazon. They are sturdy and very cute.

I don't even know what this thing is. It's such a wasteful gift. I don't even know how much I paid for it. Essentially I was just paying for my child to smile at it on Christmas Day. Less than a week later it is in a drawer and we won't see it again for God knows how long.

These are so cute for my kids. They come in a pleasant package that can used a birthday gift too! They were much less than Walmart, who never carried them. And the ones they do carry as much more expensive.
