Very pretty bought as a birthday present she loved it very happy i did need to clean it and fix the hands frist

The box containing the clock was torn, there was someone's hair stuck to the styrofoam cradling the clock inside the box, the pendulum was broken and a piece was sitting on the bottom of the clock, the glass dome was filthy. Quality control is needed at Amazon!

loosened the screws in the base and the base was able to move freely weird not very good quality control that what you get for buying china vasion products.
