Would this be too small for a okuma rhd-s-1062mh rockaway ?

Its a decent size reel, but if you are going to use it for a surf rod, i would just get the okuma surf 8K as I have that one too. I use this BG on a ocean international pitch black, slow pitch jigging rod and I pull in 35-50lb yellow tails in Japan
