Oakter Mini UPS for 12V WiFi Router Broadband Modem | Backup Upto 4 Hours 2x2000 mAh 14.8 Wh| WiFi UPS Power Backup During Power Cuts | UPS Broadband Modem | Current Surge & Deep Discharge Protection

The Oakter Mini UPS works flawlessly. Setup was completely plug-and-play—just plugged it between the power adapter and the router with the provided connector cables, and it was ready in under two minutes. The switchover during power cuts is instant: zero lag, no router rebooting, and no dropped meetings or lost internet connections. It consistently delivers 3 to 4 hours of reliable backup, stays cool, and has a compact footprint that tucks neatly behind the router. An essential purchase if you work from home or face frequent power cuts. Highly recommended!

Very good product! I am getting around 4–5 hours of backup, which is sufficient to keep my Wi-Fi router running during power cuts. The build quality is good, installation is easy, and the product works as expected. It provides reliable backup and is definitely a useful addition for uninterrupted internet connectivity. One suggestion for improvement would be to include a compatible power adapter in the box. It would make the package more complete and convenient for customers, eliminating the need to purchase an adapter separately. Overall, a good product with great utility and value for money. Satisfied with the purchase!

I purchased the product more than a year ago. It was initially working fine but a few weeks ago, not sure when, it stopped working and was not giving any battery backup during power cut. I reached out to customer support and they tried helping resolve the issue and did multiple follow ups themselves. Once they realised it was not fixable, they offered to send a replacement device delivered. Genuinely some of the most helpful customer support I've seen in a while.

Writing this review in 2026, I purchased it in 2023, It's backup was okayish. It was never more than half n hour but I never needed it more than half hour bcz society backup was there. It used to take 5 min for backup to start and hence this one provided buffer for that 5 min. and now after 3 years it has stopped working. So I guess, its performance was okay not too good to appreciate.

I purchased this product in June 2025, and it was working fine until last month, when the battery backup dropped to less than 30 minutes. I reached out to the customer support team and had a very positive experience. Even though my product was out of warranty, the team understood my concern and offered a free replacement as a goodwill gesture. I truly appreciate their understanding, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile to support their customers. This level of customer service is commendable and has left me with a positive impression of the brand. Thank you to the support team for your excellent service and for helping resolve my concern!

This product was stopped working after 6 months but their product support is very good and they resolved issue within a day and replacing new one as the product is under warranty.
