Excellent! Nicer than the one at my doctors office. I broke my humerus in half and this is exactly what I needed for physical therapy after my arm was in a cast for 14 weeks. Really helps with the range of motion. The rope is pretty long so I just shortened it up to my liking. I am 5’ 11 and do my exercises seated so I can get full extension. Very easy to put together. Quality is good. Pulleys are smooth. I installed mine on my closet door and sit on my bed. Works perfectly! For the price this is an excellent item.

Very well made and a bargain for the price. Works just like the one in my physical therapist's office. The "over the door" section is a bit too wide for my door so I put a small towel underneath. Works perfectly.

My PT told me to find a pulley system to do exercises at home. This was the only one that I saw that appeared to actually allow direct, straight pulls up. The two pulley arrangement is also a plus. After sending photos to good ol’ chatGPT to make sure I was doing things correctly due to issues I have had getting proper PT sessions, the feed back was VERY positive. Large handles to prevent the tight grip, the possibility to use the two pulley if needed. You can see in the picture that the cord is almost straight. It does use a nylon rope - this moves cleanly through the pulleys with little to no drag. Minor gripes: the nylon rope, while ideal for the job, is stretchy, so getting the handles at the right height can take a few tries. And the black plastic ‘bumpers’ leave marks on the door, I just toss a towel over the door and it’s good.

Has been great help for shoulder therapy. Handles are a bit small so those with large hands will need to get replacement handles

This particular product was recommended by my Orthopedic Physical Therapist for my shoulder injury and flexibility issues. I have tall doors, but I need to find a short stool to use this product because a regular chair does not provide enough rope length to extend my arms properly.

Wife broke a bone in her arm very close to the shoulder and needed to exercise her arm after it healed. Physiotherapist suggested using this and it works! A little tip : if you need to stretch arm out full length sit on a stool under this gadget.

Does the job. Easy to assemble and well made. Good price. Just need to adjust the length of the cord to the height of the door.
