Biogeochemistry: An Analysis of Global Change

Loved the knowledge derived from scientific studies done over many years studying our billions of years of history. Quantitative results integrated with photographs, diagrams, tables, chemical reactions, and references to relevant NASA videos and astronomical phenomena. Practical recommendation from the book is to reduce our carbon dioxide and other Greenhouse Gases (CHGs) to pre-industrial revolution (PIR) levels to mitigate global warming and limit the severity of its effects. The book details ways to do this and the magnitude of the effects. Even if we were able to do that now the current extra carbon dioxide and its effects would likely fail to return us to the PIR climate for another 300 years, so we must plan to deal with current climate change and all its effects as well described.
