Have not experienced a bladder infection which is wonderful- Great combination of ingredients
I ordered the Prevention D-Mannose (2000 mg) with Cranberry Juice Powder (300 mg pills for prevention. I liked that it includes Hibiscus flower and Dandelion root extract. The dandelion root extract is a powerful healer and a potent diuretic. I have read that D-mannose is a type of sugar that does not allow bacteria to adhere to the bladder wall. The combination of that and Dandelion root flushes all the yuck out. I did not experience any stomach upset with this formula which I was surprised since 4 capsules are needed a day. I have taken them on an empty stomach without issue. I do not feel anything while taking the pills. I haven't noticed a diuretic effect from the Dandelion or Hibiscus. I am unsure if they are working but I have not experienced a bladder infection which is why I ordered. I will continue to take them and likely order them again for preventative care.

It saved my sanity!!!
My gosh!!! I feel normal again!!! I had a UTI For 10 months!!! Many antibiotics; many DR appts; Drs no longer want the problem. While I wait for the Urologist to see me I come across D Mannose. I took it 4 days No more pain!!!! No more burn!!! Part of my daily regimen !!

Relief for urinary tract distress
Cranberry extract and d-mannose in a combination that I find provides me a substantial degree of relief from the burning and discomfort otherwise experienced.
