LOVE IT!
I am not a hot sauce fan at all. But when my husband brought a sample home from a golf tournament, I had to have more. It isn't too hot, and is a sweet tomatoey flavor. I use it in multiple dishes.

Panola is as good as you can get in Louisiana
Great Louisiana hot sauce made in the very northeast part of Louisiana in Lake Providence, 300 plus miles north of New Orleans. The world of Louisiana flavor does not just exist in south Louisiana folks!

hands down the best hot sauce on the planet!!
I was introduced to this at a company function years ago, and have been in love every since. I'm a huge fan of hot sauce, and this is the best I've ever had! I only wish Panola would return my emails about wholesale distribution to our bakery in Texas.
