This is absolutely brilliant. I live in a flat and we have a window cleaner who attends maybe once a month and that isn’t really sufficient to maintain clean windows. Therefor I’ve purchased this iGad extendable window cleaning pole and it is brilliant easy to extend using the quick release clips, the handle can easily be removed for ground floor windows in tight spaces. The rubber squeegee in particular is brilliant at removing the excess water and cleaning formula from the windows after scrubbing with the cloth part. Most importantly to me the squeegee doesn’t come loose and fall off as with other brands of window cleaning poles I’ve purchased in the past. The foam handles are very comfortable. Overall the entire pole feels very sturdy and well made. If you’re like me and take pride in your home and like nice clean windows year round without relying on poor quality or poor window cleaning services then don’t hesitate to purchase. Spend the extra money and get this it’s totally worth it!

Very good pole with easy secure extension giving great reach. The pads are a bit floppy when fitted but worked well enough. Easy to slip off, wash and ring out while cleaning. The squeegee blade is a bit awkward over short reaches, like 4-5 foot. Getting the angle right was difficult - I think the distance between the scrubber and squeegee blade could be increased by perhaps making the squeegee blade tilt forward for correct angle onto the glass. The metal on the back of the rubber blade has very sharp corners and I scratched the window a little while trying to augment the blade on the glass from awkward angles. I placed the microfibre cover over it in the end to prevent accidental scratches while using the scrubber. Using directly under high windows isn't a problem though as the pole is best when near vertical for correct head contact with the window. I think I need more practice with it. Would recommend but be aware of the minor issues.

I'm going to start this 5* review by saying 'Don't Buy This Product!' What! I hear you shout. If you look at the igadpole shop on Amazon you'll see that for less than a tenner more you can buy this same product in a kit with the angled adapter (which is a tenner on its own) plus 3 other attachments Items arrived very quickly. The pole itself (I got the 4.5m) is sturdy aluminium and heavier than I expected, it feels really solid. At the base end are sponge grips to help hold it. There is a lever for each section to be extended. Tip - start extending from the bottom not the top - this extends the thicker, sturdier sections first so flexes less. It does get unwieldy at height, as to be expected with something this long. And as you go up the sections there is obviously some flex with it being long, tubular aluminium. However the flex is so much less than on cheapo products and allows you to get a good contact with the surface of your windows etc. It's very long! The other part is the combo squeegee/cleaning head. I prefer separate heads but this is well made and convenient. Mine had a slight fault so I sent a message to the seller and they immediately shipped a replacement head - amazing service! The squeegee is decent quality with flexible, good quality rubber and the blade is replaceable. You get 2 cloths for the head. 1 is a microfibre towelling type which is very thick and good quality. The other is a microfibre knit 'noodle' type as found in a car wash kit but to fit this. I presume this is for thicker dirt, but I've found the first one great for everything. The cloths slide on from one side and then have a sturdy velcro fastener. They wash nicely. Very impressed. The only thing I dont like is that you cant get the perfect angle on high windows as the window sill gets in the way. The angled adapter probably helps with this so see my first paragraph again. This pole a great product and with different accessories can be used for many other things such as gutter cleaning (which is why I bought the longer one), painting walls and ceilings, sweeping conservatory roofs etc. I feel this is a well made product and durable enough to last for years. My only gripe is that the price has dropped by £15 since I bought it. Damn!

Just cleaned all the windows in our 3 bed house in approx. 45 minutes. The windows were very dirty as we have not had a window cleaner for a couple of years but now are clean and sparking again. I could reach all windows with pole extended and even at full extension could get plenty of pressure on to shift the grime. Would whole-heartedly recommend this product to anyone who needs to clean their windows. The cost is only twice what we used to pay a window cleaner so will have paid for itself in a couple of cleans. Five Stars all round!

Good product

Great product, easy to use and very sturdy. Had a small issue with the connector on mine but Igad promptly replaced it which I'm very appreciative of. Replacement parts are available if you should encounter any problems. I would recommend this product and this company. The pole is very easy to use and with very little time spent, my windows were clean and spotless.

Sturdy design and found quite easy to handle, on first attempts, at height, even at near full extention. Delivered without Allen key to lock each extendable section. Might prove a problem when used more regularly.

Ideal for cleaning all my windows on a large detached house the telescopic extension pole is solid pole. So reaches up the upstairs windows and cleaning the PVC Gutters aswell.

Soft, absorbing cloth does a great job cleaning off water spots and bird hits on my second floor windows. The pole was still controlable at 18ish feet with flex, but didn't feel like it was ever too much. The squeegee is still an area I need to master but very happy about not having to haul out a ladder!

Works really good in tough places.. recommended highly..

Awesome and we’ll made

The extended pole was much better than I expected. It was strong and sturdy. The extension was easy to operate. I used it to clean my solar panels. 20 feet gave me plenty of reach. The mop and squeegee were excellent for cleaning the panels. Highly recommended.

Perfect for cleaning my garden window. I no longer need to get out the ladder, this does the job wonderfully!
