This supplement includes all natural ingredients designed to help support bone health. It combines vitamins, minerals, and herbs to aid in that purpose. What I appreciate about this supplement is that it doesn't add unnecessary fillers, sweeteners, or preservatives. Easy to swallow
So far so good. I just started taking these for my bone density, so it's too soon to say whether or not they're working. But I must say that I have taken others in the past that were hard to digest. So far, I feel good taking these. I remain hopeful.
