Can these be kept in pots rather than planted in soil?

The trees being dwarf varieties should be fine in a container on a patio. I planted mine in quite a large container to allow for growth but one slightly bigger than the pot you receive should be fine.

Is the cherry tree evergreen?

I don't think so. I gave it to a friend, also I don't believe that cherries are evergreen. I'd have to Google it.

How many trees do you get,and are they all the same ?ty

I ordered 1 tree which was potted and sent in a tall cardboard box. The tree is about 1.5m tall and grafted to a rootstock. I bought it as a present and the recipient is very impressed with the quality and it is thriving well with plenty of new growth. Hope this helps.

Are the cherry and pear trees self propagating?

Don't know about the cherry and pear trees. We bought a plum tree and that is supposed to be self propagating

Nice compact little tree

Lovely tree, great condition. The only disappointment was that all but one of the apples fell off in transit. Better packaging around the top half of the tree may have saved them. Then I would have given 5 stars.
