Very useful at keeping dust away

I have been carving stars for rustic wooden flags and the blower keeps dust from collecting and hiding lines to follow. It’s doing exactly what I hoped it would do.

Used this on a harbor freight knockoff of a dremel tool. The added width can be an issue on some crafts but for woodworking, this has been great to keep clumps of dust out of the way.

The product is ok but actually doesn't seem to represent Dremel's high standards of quality. It doesn't really move much air and at low speeds like 5-20 on the dial it moves almost no air. At high speeds it is effective but frequently for projects I do, I use several different speeds and to not have it function at times isn't fun. I use it while also using the Dremel shield A550 and theyy do work nd fit together, but i can see there is room to make the fan blade assembly larger I wish they would have.

1. Yes it works. 2. You'll be able to leave the stupid tiny flat dremel "wrench" in the case from now on. 3. It doesn't replace duct tape. This was a game changer for my Dremel use. Now you can use your fingers to tighten and loosen the chuck grip on the shaft items. Also it of course blows shavings, dust, etc away from your work area. The only issue I have ever had with that part is between the vibration of the cutter and the blowing that it made my chalk line disappear one time. It is a wear part, as the fan is made out of thermoplastic. also with this you will need to watch your angles a little bit more when using short shaft grinding/polishing stones and or in tight areas. HAVE HAD IT FOR A WHILE NOW, AS LONG AS YOU TREAT IT WELL AND DON'T "DROP IT" SHOULD LAST A LONG TIME

Bought it thinking this could be useful, but really not expecting too much from it. It's great, keeps the item I am working on clear of the material dust.

Very pleased with this little device. Ic is fitted with it's own collet nut, so replaces the one on the Dremmel. Simply blows away all the dust from drilling or sanding. A simple idea that works well.

Worthy addition to your cordless Dremel kit. Great for blowing away wood dust or plastic swarf when you’re etching or engraving.
