Is this working with Alexa yet?

Can I connect this door sensor directly with Echo 4th generation hub or I need an extra hub for it?

All SimpliSafe sensors require a SimpliSafe Base Station to operate with.

What is the range of this device to the hub?

I'm not sure of the range. However mine works in a house the hub is upstairs.

Can entry sensor be used on outbuildings

You can use the sensors anywhere within 100ft of your base station, so this would depend how far away the outbuilding was. You would also need to place the entry sensor on the interior of the building to protect it for the weather as they aren't designed for external use.
