The key ingredient is Vitamin B6, which you can get in many forms but happens to taste great in these drops (which have 10 mg each). Vitamin B6 is commonly recommended for pregnant women experiencing morning sickness, and the AAFP recommends a dosage of 10-25mg every 8 hours as needed for nausea in the first trimester (http://www.aafp.org/afp/2014/0615/p965.html). Of course you should always check with your doctor if you have questions, but yeah, it's not the sugar or essential oils that really matter, it's the Vitamin B6 (which is listed on the nutritional label on the back).

How many drops are in a "bundle"? Or could someone tell me the difference between the 3-pack and the bundle, which is almost the same price?
