I am three weeks postop BBL Lipo, 360. I use this pillow on the plane at seven days postop, and it worked magically. This pillow is soft with a mixture of great firmness that does not hurt the back of your thighs. At this time I only using the pillow to sit to drive, and I use it to kneeled while I eat my lunch at work. This is a gray BBL pillow and it’s cute.

The cushion is VERY firm to the point of feeling like ur leg circulation needs you to shift on it a lot. If it had an additional softer topper foam, that might work.

Me gusta por que es comoda, no se desformó ni se aplastó. La uso en una silla de escritorio donde trabajo. Tiene agarradera para llevarla a todas partes, viene en una bolsa especial tipo morralito. Es cara pero funcional.
