Other reviewers shared that it was too tight. That's when I knew that it would be perfect for me. I have a small head and the grips that I have are ok , but doesn't feel as secure as I need. It did not disappoint in keeping my wig snug and secure. I feel like I could do a cartwheel and it would still be secure. It is tight on me a little, so keep that in mind if you have an average to larger head. I will definitely be buying more, but wanted to see how they fit first.

Let me start by saying that I have an extremely small head. My head is so small I mostly have to wear child size hats, and special order wigs to their extra small or XX-small sizing. Even with my tiny head, this device was way too tight. I literally thought I was gonna pass out from the pain. I made the horrible mistake of wearing this underneath my wig install that I had planned on wearing for 72 hours. After the 11th minute, I had probably the worst headache I had ever had in my life. Being a newbie to wigs, I just took some Advil and thought I'd suck it up and I went about my evening. After about four hours, I had to come home early and completely undo the wig install that had taken me so long and cut this thing off my head. My head felt battered and bruised, and there were deep indents in my head. I'm writing this review the morning after and my head is still in excruciating pain, and it looks like the dent marks are still there. The only appropriate use for this band is on a block while you style your wig, or if you need to make a video that will allow you to take this thing off within 10 minutes. Otherwise, please do not waste your money like I did. I'm very sorry I bought this product and I'm unable to return it.

This grip definitely holds your wig on but if you have a larger than normal head, it feels like a vise. My wig head (like a mannequin) is the size of my head so I am trying to put the grip on it and see if it will stretch. So far it has not. I have a 24" circumference. I think the ad said it easily stretched and that it would fit up to 23.5. It fits my head but it is really tight. I wear it to special occasions where I absolutely don't want it to fall off. If you have an average or smaller head it will fit and it will hold that wig on.

It holds the hair back good but really tight and causes me a headache. I can only wear it for about 30 mins before my head starts hurting really bad and I have to take it off. I wish it was adjustable

I have a medium size head measuring 22.25 around my hairline. This wig grip is not the most uncomfortable. It has kept my wigs on, however not as well as the velvet wig grips. It's a bit tight but it only starts to bother me towards the end of the day. Sometimes wearing it, it feels like its going to slide or pop off my head, but it hasn't actually done either of those things. When you take it off, because it is snug, it leaves indentations from the tiny prongs on the wig grip. I don't think this is an issue and usually will put some type of oil on my scalp and massage my head in that area. If you have a larger size head, I would not recommend this wig grip.

I’ve always wanted to make these work! I think there’s a science to it. When I lay the band partially on skin up top, it seems to hold without slipping. If I put band over hair only, it will slip. I also have bangs so it doesn’t show the band.

This band has very little stretch to it. I have a petite size head in wigs and found it to be too tight and uncomfortable. I had purchased another silicone band from a wig influencer a couple of months ago and it works great that is thinner with lots of stretch and much better quality silicone. This silicone is on the thicker side. It is half the price of the one I own and love and thought this one would be similar. I was wrong. Sometimes you need to pay a little more to get the quality and comfort. I would not recommend.

I love this band. It works beautifully when it comes to keeping your hair piece or wig on your head. firmly recommend.

This product does not work. Does not hold wig in place, wigs slides off so easily. No grip, no support, can’t walk around the house without wig falling off. Would not dear step foot outside using this product.

I do not have hair and have been wearing wigs for some years now which do seem to slip and move. I found these silicon head bands on Amazon - bought them - wear them - and they are great! They work and are comfortable. Thanks Amazon.

Buen tamaño no lástima y muy funcional

They're a little tight sometimes, so I'd definitely suggest wearing them for short periods for a while to begin with to hopefully add a little bit of stretch. They are super effective and holding the wig in place though.
