These packing cubes are perfect for keeping my luggage organized. The medium size holds a surprising amount, and the mesh top makes it easy to see what’s inside. The double zippers feel sturdy, and the material is lightweight but durable. They’ve made packing and unpacking so much easier. Great quality and value—highly recommended!

I used these packing cubes for a recent trip to Japan. My goal was to ditch the large oversized suitcases and use just one large backpack for my trip. It was a 40L Patagonia duffle/backpack. The size small worked great, and I used 3 of these Small sized cubes fully packed with an extra on hand. They fit in my 40L bag 3 across flat (with one tilted at the end). I then had about 5 inches of free space on top of the two flat ones for a book, headphones, and a small laptop. Plus some light space all around for shoving things in. I found it really hard to get a sense of size of various packing cubes, even with dimensions written. They are all too big it seems. Go small, and use the same size cubes is what I found works. I think 4 of these small ones might work well for a standard carry on suitcase also, which is about the same capacity as my 40L bag, but much more rigid also. As for these actual cubes. They are loose flexible synthetic material with some mesh on top. I found no concern that they would rip or tear when using, and stuffing full. Despite starting loose and floopy, once full they form a perfect rectangular shape. There are two zippers on each and they zip easily without issue. The zippers were strong and never came lose or showed concern they might. The mesh was nice to be able to see what each held, and was strong. For packing, I was following minimal "one bag" packing trips. I folded items to the width of the cube, and then tightly rolled each garment. By doing this I was able to fit perhaps 6 items in one cube. This mean 4 merino wool shirts, 2 hiking pants easily fit in a cube. 3 Undies and 2 socks, and running short+shirt in another. Jeans, sweatpants, and sweatshirts pack bigger, even wihen rolled, so that meant 2-3 of those to a cube. A final cube had a rain jacket and packable 30L hiking package, both rolled small. A few odds/ends could be squished in any of these. So 3 well packed cubes, plus small toiletry bag and some misc items fit easily in my 40L bag. And it wasn't a complete mess, but an organized system.

I don't travel much, and when I do, it's usually not very far. However, I'm taking an international trip next month, and these seemed like a good organizational idea, paired with my new Samsonite Centric 2 28" suitcase, so thought I'd give them a whirl. They arrived intact, noticed no flaws, and am impressed with how smooth all the double zippers perform. Plus, they fit perfectly in my bag, as seen in the photos. I think they'll be helpful, will return and amend this review, after using them.

So far so good. I'm on a mission to fit all my gym clothes into my bag lol. The medium cubes fit 15-16 tops.(Various tanks, tees and crop tops) And about 13 leggings. The leggings were a little tougher to squeeze in there but I managed. Both cubes bulge a little, but I am able to fit pretty much everything besides the one outfit I was wearing at the time of trying these out. The zippers and the fabric feel sturdy. And these will definitely help with packing for a vacation coming up. I'll probably order a pack of smaller ones too.

For shorter trips I like to organize based off outfits so I can unpack my bag one cube at a time! For longer trips I tend to organize based on type (Shirts in one, Shorts in another and the slim version works great for socks / underwear) In conclusion, the Amazon Cubes Set is a game-changer for anyone who wants to streamline their packing process. this holds more than you think! also keeps your suitcase super organized. i recommend getting some small and some medium sizes, since you might need different sizes for different kinds of trips. i think the large would defeat the purpose of organizing so skip that one. i used it on a couple of trips so far and shoved a lot of clothes in and no rips yet. recommend laying the clothes flat - to the dimensions of the cube, rather than rolling. you'll fit a lot more in. the non-compression ones work so much better than the compression ones because you can actually stuff them and squish down into a rectangle, whereas you can't really stuff the compression ones and they turn bulge in the center when they're compressed.
