I bought this treadmill a little over a year ago to use with my standing desk. So far I mostly like it. I confess to not using my treadmill until recently. I bought it and then did not use it for a long time. So, even though I have owned it for over a year, I have not put it through its paces yet. First off, I like that it is rated for users up to 265 lbs. While I do not weigh that much, I am over the 220 lb max for so many other under-desk treadmills. That said, I am not convinced that it can actually handle my weight over a long period of time. I am concerned that it is going to burn out, as so many other users have reported. When I first started using this, I found it very difficult to be productive. My brain was not calibrated to walk and perform complex mental tasks, and since I am a programmer, I really need to concentrate when I work, as I spend much of my day problem-solving. That was a really difficult adjustment for me, as I am not a multi-tasker kind of person. My initial frustration led to my putting the treadmill away for a year before giving it another try. This time around, I started out just walking 30 minutes first thing in the morning when I was reading e-mails and gearing up for the day. I gradually added 30 minute sessions as I slowly began to be able to walk and think at the same time. So I am doing 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off. I am up to a total of three hours walking while working spread over my 9 hour day. I bought a much longer power cord for it so I could move it out of my way without unplugging it when I need to sit. I like that it is light weight and moves easily. The biggest issue I have with it when walking on it is the narrow belt. At 16 inches, I find my feet at the very edges of the belt, and often the outer part of my shoe hits the rail. So I need to dedicate constant mental bandwidth to making sure my feet fall on the belt, which of course makes it distracting as I am never able to fully concentrate on work. I am hoping that the neuropathways for precision walking get wired up in my brain soon, because it is dumb to have to concentrate on your feet when you are trying to read or type or think of things other than your feet. Fast forward a couple of weeks, and I decided to walk while I was watching streaming content. I figured it would be better to walk while I watch than to sit down, since I already do so much sitting at work. So I pulled the treadmill away from my desk and raised the bar so I would have something to hold onto while using it. The bar is tilted forward pretty far, I think for running, so in order to use it while walking, I just did not clip it in place. I did not mind that it did not support any weight, I just needed the bar to make sure I did not slip off the thing while walking and watching streaming content, and it was fine. After about 2 hours of walking, the treadmill started giving off a funny smell, like something was burning or about to burn, so I stepped off and ended my session. There was no damage to my floor, thankfully, and the treadmill worked just fine the next morning. From this experience, I have concluded that the treadmill is not designed for continuous use, which is a disappointment, as I had wanted to work up to walking at work all day long. I have begun shopping for a replacement for the inevitability of product failure in the possibly near future. I have not deducted any stars yet, because so far it has not actually failed, and it is, after all, a budget treadmill, so while I am a bit disappointed by its limitations, I think those limitations are to be expected at this price point. I really like the Lifespan under-desk treadmills, as they have a wider walking pad and are rated for many hours of continuous use. However, the Lifespan is a lot heavier that my little SuperFit, and will probably not be as easy to move out of the way, and unlike the SuperFit, the Lifespan cannot be stored upright when not in use, which is a huge bonus, and major purchasing consideration, for a person who lives in a very small space, like me. I really wish I could find an under-desk treadmill that was able to handle continuous use, was a 2-in-one so I could use the bar while watching streaming content, could be stored upright when not in use, and could handle more than 220 lbs. Sadly, my dream under-desk treadmill is a unicorn and not available irl. Pros: Light, easy to move, can be stored upright, has a bar that can be lifted when desired, rated for users up to 265 lbs., affordable if it does not fail. Cons: Not built for prolonged continuous use, narrow walking belt, gives a burning smell if used more than two hours, and probably not built to last very long, not really affordable if it fails.

DEFINITELY A 5 STAR TREADMILL! The treadmill works very well. It's very sturdy, even at fast speeds. It's very practical to use. The app makes controlling the treadmill even easier than it already is. Its bluetooth speakers are also convenient and high quality. Adding to its practicality, it is easy to (dis)assemble, compact, and easily moveable. It fits perfectly in my room! I absolutely love this product and would encourage anyone to buy it.

So happy with this walking pad! I swing my arms when I walk and it provides the perfect distance between you and the bar. Pad is long and wide enough for tall people. Easy to move and store.

Update: Shortly after I wrote this review, I was contacted by the manufacturer and given instructions on how to test the treadmill’s motor. Found the motor was broke. I was given the option to either wait until May 2023 to get another one from them, or they would issue a full refund. I, of course, chose the full refund. I still cannot give them any more stars due to the fact that I believe it took me writing the negative review for them to do exactly what they did. I originally loved this treadmill. I had no complaints. However, I’ve had it less than a year and it is now showing a E05 Error Code, which through my own research I need to replace the controller on the machine (not the remote). Contacted seller, and was informed that if I wanted to purchase the part to repair the machine, I have to sign up for an “extra” warranty (their words, not mine…I am assuming this is an extended warranty). Without this “extra” warranty, they won’t help me. This seems to to be a shady practice. So, now I have a treadmill that won’t work, no place I can find the part and the seller won’t help unless I sign up and pay more money…Even if I do this, there are no guarantees that they will fix it or even have the part. I feel as if I have gotten scammed at this point.

This is one solid treadmill. I expected something much lighter and more delicate; this is much better built than I expected for the price. The directions are HORRIBLE. Why can't foreign manufacturers hire English-speaking editors? The upright bar is angled so you have to lean over to hold it while walking, which is rough on the body. It is not adjustable other than lying it down fully. In the directions, the app that you use to control the machine is not mentioned. I had to search the Internet to find something that worked. You can use the machine without an app; it comes with a remote control. The battery on the remote was dead on arrival, leading me to believe that I received a returned/used unit. It was probably returned because they couldn't get the remote to work (because of the dead battery.) You can't use the machine without a remote or an app. I would buy again.

Had been looking for a walking desk for a while and couldn't figure out which one to go with and finally decided to go with this one because of the reviews and price. It was easy to assemble/set up. So far I've only tried working at speeds up to 2 but is working great and easy to move around if needed. I will say I may not be able to walk while on video for work calls because the movement is distracting for other participants but is great for working or calls off video. Excited to try it on higher speeds while watching TV too. Doesn't take up a lot of space and so far seems to be a good width and length. I put my apple watch on my ankle so I can still keep track of my steps and hoping this will allow me to target 15k steps a day instead of the 10k I was struggling to get before.

So far so good, this treadmill works straight out of the box with minimal assembly. There’s a cell phone holder thats not actually wide enough to hold a cellphone without some fancy maneuvering. Walking on this treadmill while watching tv is Comfortable enough, but I haven’t gone over 4.7mph. I’m pretty short and not at all skinny- running on this treadmill is a little scary and I’d suggest looking elsewhere if you are tall or have a wide gait. The belt is very narrow- Also, the safety bar is angled away from you and essentially useless if you need to reach out to grab something. The couple of times that I’ve tried to jog, I managed to step off of the tread and nearly lose all balance- for me, the handle is too far to be helpful. That being said, it’s good for what it is.

Super tapis de marche compacte! Je cherchais un tapis qui ne prend pas trop de place, se range facilement et est silencieux pour pouvoir marcher pendant mes réunions à distance qui peuvent des fois durer presque 2h. Il répond à 100% à mes besoins! Il se glisse parfaitement sous mon bureau élévateur et je peux ensuite facilement le ranger grâce aux petites roues placées en dessous. Il est aussi plutôt silencieux, personne ne l'entend lorsque je suis en réunion. Je recommande ce tapis à 100% pour les personnes qui ont les mêmes besoins que moi!

The machine arrived much earlier than expected which was good. It was super easy to set up and I am enjoying using it. Does everything as expected. The bar is a bit too far forward for me and it won’t adjust closer. Not a huge problem but it would have been better if I could bring it closer.Be aware of the kill switch, I had it attached to my t shirt while walking at 3 mph when it suddenly got pulled off by my arm catching it. It stopped so abruptly that I found myself being shot backwards off the machine bashing the back of my head on the wall .No real harm done but it sure scared me! Edit! Turns out I fractured my tail bone as a result of the backwards fall.Just be cautious when using the safety attachment, and if you do need to use it be sure you are holding onto the bar

I fell in love with this treadmill and it broke my heart. Almost every weekday I would endure online meetings that could have been an email through walking! I was so happy and smug about getting actual exercise instead of taking walks to the coffee station. For 30 min to an hour each day I was an office Olympian…but one day I plugged it in and….nothing, it’s dead. I changed the fuses but that’s the limit of my electronics know how and even your tube can’t help me. The warranty is only 90 days which seems pretty short considering the company says they “stand by their product” probably the rest of that sentence was “stand by our product for a period of time before which we know most of them won’t break and after that, sucks to be a consumer lol”. Don’t buy this, if you have to replace it once a year at least buy a cheaper one.

I ordered this treadmill because it had decent reviews online and was in my price range and size range. I don't have a lot of space, so didn't want a big treadmill with all the bells and whistles. The machine itself seems good. I've used it a few times now and it it sturdy, quite and I can run or walk on it. However, the display is only in miles and mph (not km/kph) which I was surprised about given that the amazon page had the details of speeds in kph. There is no way to change this, so just be aware that you will need to convert that if you function in km and kph. The safety rail isn't really the best because it leans forward so if you need it you need to reach far for it, but if you are relatively steady on your feet it's not a huge deal. It seems to be able to handle 200 lbs at a steady jog no problem. The instructions don't tell you anything about how to connect to the speaker or to the phone app. In fact, if it wasn't for one picture on the amazon page, I wouldn't have even realized there was an app. If you download the Gymax app on your phone you can connect it so you have the ability to turn it on/off and change speeds. Funny enough, the app default is kph and it is forced to change because the machine is in mph. Gymax was another 'brand' of treadmill I had looked at on Amazon, and it turns out they are the same I guess. There is also a Bluetooth speaker for music - you just need to have the machine on and Bluetooth on/open to connect them. Despite being satisfied with the treadmill for my small space and needs, I was very disappointed with customer service. I placed the order for this product on July 9, 2021. The next day a shipping label was created with FedEx (I got a tracking number) and the delivery window listed on Amazon was July 21 - Aug 3, 2021. By Aug 3 there was still no information in the FedEx tracking - just a message saying it would be updated once FedEx received the package. I reached out to customer service through Amazon and they were quick to reply but informed me that FedEx must have lost the item and to call them. So, the next morning (pretty sure customer service was in China because they only ever responded when it was night time) I called FedEx and they told me that the company had never scheduled a pick up for the item and they had not received it. So... I emailed customer service back and told them what FedEx said, and asked if I could just pick the item up from their warehouse since the city it was listed in was 30 min from my house. I was told that their warehouse 'temporarily cancelled' the order and I couldn't go pick it up, and they would refund me. I told them I didn't want a refund, that I wanted the item and to ship it immediately with expedited shipping since it had now been several days of emails back and forth. The next night they responded saying they couldn't do faster shipping, and I would need to wait another 8-16 days for delivery, and to let them know if I still wanted it. Again, I told them to ship it immediately and that FedEx offers faster service so they could use that. Another day passes because of the time difference and I am told again they can't do faster shipping and they still didn't ship it asking if I still wanted it (I really got the feeling they just didn't want to send me the item and they would rather refund me). Eventually I got a different customer service person over a weekend and she created an expedited shipping request with FedEx which got into their system on April 9th. The treadmill was delivered on April 11th, proving that the first customer service person was lying to me. At no point in the full weeks worth of back and forth messages did anyone at the company apologize for the cancellation, delay or trouble that was caused. I also requested some form of compensation for the delay and troubles, and after significant back and forth on that I was given a 12% refund. No compensation was ever offered, I had to ask for it several times. I appreciate that in the end I got the product and some form of compensation, but the main customer service person I had was just horrible and not willing to fix anything. It was only when another person stepped in on the weekend that things got solved.
