I've been using these backing boards for years now. These are my go to brand every time I need to pack my artwork prints. They have truly size 8.5x11 and the material is so good. I use it sometimes for other crafts.

The sleeves and back boards really help to make the magazines and comic books shine.

Used these boards for a DIY comic‑book pressing project and they held up perfectly. The 24‑pt thickness gives solid support, they’re advertised as acid‑free and archival‑quality. Definitely a good upgrade for storing or pressing comics with confidence. They are the perfect size for pressing and thick enough to protect the comics from heat damage which is a great function to have.

These came in and I can't be more pleased. I looked at three brands on Amazon trying to determine if one was better than another because of the price discrepancy. I decided to take a chance and order these even though they were considerably less than another brand. One review said they were about the thickness of a cereal box but at least in my experience these are much sturdier than the cereal boxes I have in my pantry. They are sturdy and have a solid feel to them. They do not bend when holding them out straight, they hold their shape. I wrapped my fabric around them and they stand up nicely. I put as much as five yards around one board and it is very neat and uniform. I do not have much shelf space but do have Elfa basket systems and these are perfect in the three runner baskets and stay wrinkle free. Having measured as I put the fabric on the boards I was able to go back and count folds so can pretty accurately in the future pull a board and know pretty close how much fabric is on it. I ordered 300 of these on my first order but wish I had gotten more. As I open baskets, bins and boxes I'm finding fabric that has been lost for a long time. These boards will allow me to see everything in an organized fashion and I'm already envisioning works of art. Don't hesitate to order these to get your fabric stash under control.

These boards are as advertised. I have been looking for weeks for something to wind my fabrics onto & these boards are the only thing I could come up with that was affordable. Styro boards are just way too expensive since I needed 200. There were other similar boards that had flaps to help the fabric stay connected to the board , but they were way too expensive for me too because of the number I needed. These boards are ok. They are the thickness of poster board.

The backing boards seem to be fine. I just got them and plan on using to wrap my quilting fabric on.
