Charging in the case is very finicky - Update - 2nd try and earbuds work perfectly
This is an update to my review below. I received a 2nd pair of these earbuds from customer service. They contacted me because of the problems I was having with my original set. They offered me a refund, but I really like these earbuds with ear hooks, so I asked for a replacement pair instead. I have had the new pair for 2 weeks now and have not had a single problem with them charging in their case. They snap in and connect easily without all the finicky stuff I had to do with the old pair. Now, I would rate these much higher. I have had a couple times when they lost the signal with my phone in my pocket, but they reconnect again, so they might be a little finicky with where the phone is, but overall, super great. ********************************************** Original Review: I really want to like this pair of earbuds with hooks. The over the ear hooks solve the problem of ear buds falling out when I exercise. I can also leave them hooked over the ear but pulled out a little to listen to conversation around me when needed. They are comfortable to wear and I hardly notice them. I think the adjusting buttons are great, and only rarely do I have any pairing problems with my phone. I have had them for 5 months, and generally have had many good runs and experiences with them. As far as the ratings we are required to give for this, I don't have strong opinions on sound quality, so they are fine. I am unfamiliar with noise cancellation earbuds, so can't really rate them there either. My main problem is that the charging is pretty spotty. Starting on day 2, one of the earbuds didn't work. I found out that it hadn't stayed connected in the charging case and ran its battery down. (even though the strong magnets make it feel like it is securely in the correct place) Through several of these experiences, I have become a fanatic trying to get the earbuds to charge. I check to make sure the red charging light clicks on. It usually doesn't. I usually wiggle them and pop them in and out over and over trying to get them to connect. Often, I have to wipe the earbud and posts down to get it to charge. Sometimes I will get one to connect and then the other decides to turn on and I have to bounce between the two until they are both charging. Then I carefully leave the charging case flat and I am afraid to bump it. And still, I will notice that my phone is connected to the earbuds at times in the day, and sure enough, the earbuds are no longer in "charging" mode. They simply don't connect with the case very well, and I am always worried that even after I get them charging, they won't stay connected very well. Another problem with this is that if they aren't happily in the case charging, if I go to put it on, sometimes it won't connect to my phone. Then I have to start the whole thing over, wiping down poles and trying to get them to connect so I can pair them with my phone and go exercise. This process is overtaking all the reasons I like these earbuds. Consider a different situation if you haven't bought these yet. Otherwise, they are useable, you just have spend more time caring for them than any earbud you have ever owned.

NEW UPDATE ON THIS ITEM and then some
I've purchased what seems like tons of these things, from the cheap, ... the sponsored, ... so I only use these to listen to Audible books, and at night with You Tube {Art Bell and radio broadcast], ... wotked fine for two weeks, then the LEFT WENT OUT, ... very limited audio if any. Then when it does come through, it comes in very loud., then drifts back to nothing again. The recharge time is great, ... quick for the use. Playback is about 9 hours, but I'm left with 1 ear bud right now, the right. Since I sleep on my right side against my pillow, ... hurts after a bit of time. As for wearing with the right earbud while working, ... I'm right handed and prefer the left side of listening to anything in my ear, audio and political. I'm done, going back to the cheap ones again, at least after those fail, ... not much lost. UPDATE: 10/2021 I submitted the above review awhile ago. I have to say TURONIC STICKS BY THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I was contacted by the representative of ''Turonic'' that wanted to make things right, and they did. They offered me an exchange for the NEWER MODEL; THE ''F1 PRO''. These are great, and have NOT FAILED ME YET. The Turonic is the best fit I've ever had in ear-buds, which was why I was so disappointed that the 'X3' model failed. The ''F1 PRO'' has the same great fit, 9 hours of play time, and has a great coverage in area without failing to pick up a Wi-Fi signal. Through plaster walls from room to room, the Wi-Fi signal didn't fail me once. I received no cash payment for this review, only and an exchange for another honest review of a new product. The new ear-buds deserve a 5 star rating, ... their CUSTOMER SUPPORT DESERVES AT LEAST THAT IF NOT A 10. I'm very pleased with this new item. UPDATE: 05/2022 These are by far the best ear buds I've used over the last 3 years. I heard from customer service after my review of the 03 model, which failed after 1 month. This new pair is fantastic, ... as I've had no problems with them since3 obtained. Very quick to connect, the battery life is at least 6 hours but closer to 8, ... the recharge time is under a hour, and the ability to fine tune and add volume to this set just adds to it's performance. I listen to mostly 'spoken word', ... Audible books and such, but I'll tell you right now, ... this set is fantastic at the price. If one is looking for a glorified sounding earbud, ... well keep looking and spend your money. As for the rest of us that are not that critical from a better than FM radio for music, ... and an even better verbal sound connection, ... these are it! And FYI, ... I was NOT notified by the seller, or company to add this review, ... just my honest opinion after a half year of use.

Not acceptable warranty in Covid times (Updated - good service department)
Update 3/25/2021 Awesome earbuds for listening to music. Their support team have been in constant contact with me regarding my issue with using on phone calls, and unfortunately, I just cannot use them for that purpose. To keep me a happy customer, they went above and beyond again. To compensate for my loss, they offered another set of over the ear headphones, but declined, because I need earbud to where when out at clients. The support person then offered me a bluetooth speaker, which I did take her up on. I can say that the speaker sound really nice. Thanks for the effort and supporting your products to the best of your abilities! Update 3/17/2021 I guess reviews do matter. I was contacted by their support, and they did end up sending me another replacement set, which was new. Their correspondence through all of this was excellent and prompt. I would definitely recommend their product, as their support team did go above and beyond, which is what good support should do. As far as the earbuds go, for listening to music, they are awesome! For using on phone calls, not so great. They are clear, but at some point in the middle of phone calls, the sound gets all digital noises to where you cannot hear anything, and the person on the other side cannot hear anything but high pitched digital noises. Will enjoy them for music, but really got them for phone calls. These earbuds are great. Battery life is awesome, sound is really good. Nice to be able to use one or the other, or both. Bought these in November 2020. About 3 weeks ago I could no longer adjust the volume on right earbud. Contacted support and they said they asked me to pop out foam piece in the tip of the earbud and see if it then worked - it did, but now there was nothing to keep the earbud clean on the inside. I told them I would like a replacement and asked in my email "will they be new replacements, and not refurbished, due to Covid"? The reply I got from their support person was, "We will gladly replace your earphones with new ones. I'd like to make the replacement process as quick and easy as possible". I said that was acceptable. They then had me put both of my earbuds into a glass of water, submerged, and send them pictures of them in the water, which I did. A couple days later I received an email that replacements had been shipped. Received replacements a few days later and the security seal was broken. Took items out of box, and it was missing a set of the earbud covers, so I knew it was not a "NEW" set. I emailed them back that the set I received was not new, and I would like new ones as requested. Their reply "As per our Warranty policy, if a product is determined defective within 31 days after the receipt date, a brand new unit is sent as a replacement. However, if more than 31 days have passed since the item was received, we provide a replacement that could be a refurbished unit". If they would of not told me upfront that I would be getting a "NEW" set, I would not of damaged the left earbud which was working fine, and just bought another set of earbuds that were new. Now I do not have my working left earbud, and I will not use the refurbished set, so customer gets screwed! Looking for another brand to order today! Just be honest in your communication, and all would of been good!

Great gym earbuds with powerful bass
Fantastic sound, amazing bass!! I needed new earbuds for the gym and they are nice and snug throughout my workouts and very good at canceling noise. My first pair was defective (bass in right ear was not nearly as intense as the left) and their customer service team was quick to respond and sent me new ones that worked great right away.

Random connection is annoying, and causes the headphones to die
These headphones are a great product, when they work properly. That is the key wording there, when they work properly. These headphones have been very frustrating for me. When I am done using these headphones, I dry them off and put them back in their charging case (which also doesn't last as long with the battery anymore). Then I would say that at least 60-70% of the time, they will just randomly reconnect to my phone when the charging case is near them. Due to that, I have had several times where I've gone to use them after not using them for a day, and one or both of the earbuds is suddenly dead because rather than charging (like it was supposed to be doing), it was constantly reconnecting to my phone. The reconnecting has even been invasive before like when i was on the phone but using my airpods for audio, they kept stealing the bluetooth connection from my airpods, and I had to manually switch the audio back over to my airpods probably 10 times in a 5 minute conversation. The charging case also doesn't last as long as it used to. When I first got the headphones it lasted well over a week before I would need to charge it again. Now it barely lasts 4 or 5 days, and I think that is due to the headphones trying to reconnect to my phone, and then recharging, and then reconnecting, etc. It's just super annoying. When these headphones are working, they work really well. They have great sound quality, and the silicon tips block out other noises pretty well. All of the buttons work effectively. The problem is that these headphones really only work properly like 30-40% of the time, so most of the time they are either slightly or extremely frustrating for me to use. I don't know if its just the pair that I got that is messed up, because they have a lot of good reviews (which is why I bought them in the first place), but for a $70 pair of headphones, I'm getting close to a year of using them, and from the beginning they have been having these troubles. I would expect better for a $70 pair of headphones. Hopefully this helps. Again, if they worked well all the time, I would be giving this review at least 4 stars, probably 5.

Love theseโฆ will purchase again
Iโve had these for a year. I use them at work โ I work construction, material testing and inspections. I love the fit. Itโs easy for touch controls with the toggle switch, and when I want to pull the earbud out but not turn it off I can just leave it hanging on my ear. The pair I have I use everyday, M-F, almost nonstop from 8-4. The battery life is fantastic. Up until the last month it would last me about 3 days, typically. The noise proofing is sometimes too good; I have to be careful especially when Iโm around heavy equipment. Iโve used them while going for a run and I didnโt have any issues with sweat and whatnot. They stayed in. Wearing them 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week sometimes leaves the inside of my ears swelled, but not enough to note it. I should also note that I only wear one at a time a majority of the time. I hardly wear both, but thatโs not to say I havenโt. When my ears do start to hurt, I just switch earbuds/ears. Customer service was great the last time I used them. For product replacement they require you to submerge the earbuds in water and send a photo of proof, which I thought was odd, but I guess thatโs how they keep track of warranties. The first pair I had stopped working properly within the first 3 months, and I got a replacement for free. My only gripe is that the earbuds only lasted me a year. Itโs now at the point where the right earbud doesnโt hold a charge, and only lasts about 10 minutes before dying. The left earbud still works alright, but Iโm not sure for how much longer. The backlit lights on the front of the case say thereโs a full charge, but thatโs just simply not the case anymore. Bottom line; Iโll purchase them again. Theyโve definitely gotten their use, and Iโm pretty happy with them. Got probably about 1900 total hours out of them. Controls are: Plus - click: volume up ; click and hold: skip 1 song Minus - click: volume down ; click and hold: start at beginning of current song/back 1 song Circle - click: pause/resume ; click and hold: power on/off

Don't waste your money
**Update** 10/14/22. The company reached out through emails starting in August after I posted my review. I responded after a couple of weeks of their emails, and after a bit of back and forth for information, was shipped a replacement set. The customer service seems to be on-point, and the people that communicated with me seemed professional - I indicated I would not change my review unless the product worked better, and they didn't argue or even ask about it. Unfortunately, whereas the first set lasted 5 months or so, the replacement set only made it a bit over a month. The right earbud stopped taking a charge from the case. I found this out, AGAIN, at the beginning of a run when it wouldn't work. After fiddling with it at home and trying to reset it, recharge the case, repair, etc., I couldn't get it to turn back on. Maybe I'm unlucky and maybe it's not representative of the majority of the hardware they sell, but twice in a row is enough for me. As I said, I liked the product until it stopped working. For reference, I was only using them when I was running, 4 or 5 times a week, and they never got wet. Only moisture present was my sweat. Had them paired to a Garmin Fenix 7 and it worked great...until it didn't. I switched back to the Galaxy Buds2 I use for lifting until I find something else with ear hooks that works better. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Purchased in February 2022, started using in March 2022. The charging case lid is very loose and if you bump it the earbuds stop charging. I've frequently found myself with only one earbud charged at the beginning of a run because it came off the contact in the case. The case itself doesn't stay shut, and I had to use a rubber band to keep it closed. After 5 months of use the earbuds stopped pairing entirely. They now will not pair with either my smartphone or my Garmin watch. I had an older set of Treblab earbuds, XR500, with a wire connecting them, that I loved. They were indestructible and held a charge forever. I wanted to like these, because, for running, an earhook and the on bud volume control are invaluable. I thought I'd found a great deal because they are so much cheaper than the Powerbeats they are mimicking. Now I have an earbud shaped paperweight. It's a shame, because when they worked they sounded great, and if they had a better charging case and better durability they would have really had something here. I advise you spend more and skip these.

Sound quality is 2.5/5 when the earbuds actually work
I bought the X3-Pro earbuds 3 weeks ago. They worked fine the first 2 times I used them, then the sound started faltering. I've gone through the troubleshooting guide and the issues continues happening. One issue is the sounds to the headphones cuts in and out constantly; another issue is the sound comes perfectly out of one side, and not the other -- then it randomly switches sides. I rated this product 2 stars because the case (huge case by the way) has a handy battery gauge (shows you what % remains in the case's battery reserve), but the sound quality is what you'd expect at this price point, and connectivity issues force me to NOT recommend this model.

very nice sound quality
every thing about the is excellent except mic call quality, you sound fare away on the other side when using one headset, the quality is better when using both but not excellent, and it does not automatically connect every time maybe 85% of the time, left headset connect faster than the right on, but overall they do the job.

Disappointing regression from previous generation
Used the previous version of this product quite happily for two years before the batteries started wearing out and the case started cracking. So I purchased this latest version and now I feel regret. The buttons are gone in favour of touch which doesn't work properly and as a result I cannot control without grabbing my phone. Worse, the sound signature is truly awful and songs I love are sounding nasty. To be clear, I'm happy to spends HUNDREDS on a decent pair of wireless headphones but I NEED air hooks to keep the damn things on during physical activities. If anyone can recommend me a good alternative of true wireless with air hooks (or aftermarket ear hooks for a popular model) I'd be grateful.
