Works perfectly and is in good physical shape. I highly recommend it.

Arrived waay earlier than the original date-a most welcome suprise! The DSi did come in excellent condition, I'm happy to say. It also came with a non original stylus and a charger! When opened, the screens were pretty gunky but after a quick cleaning the screens were scratch and yellow free! The hinges were good and all of the buttons were functioning correctly. It's now modded and filled with a ton of games!

HONEST REVIEW: When I received this product, it came broken. The DS wouldn't turn on unless I jiggled the D-Pad which was entirely inconvenient, but I accepted it believing that it would be somewhat tolerable. However, the DS would turn off by itself after about two minutes, which was incredibly annoying. To add on to this issue, the SD card slot did not read my formatted SD card. I found no trouble putting my SD card into another device, meaning the SD card reader on the DSi was defective. Amazon Refurbished states that the products are tested to be fully functional, but this was hardly so. I began the return process expecting to be able to get a new one sent to me. However, I had to pay 10$ to ship it back, which doesn't make sense seeing how they are the ones who sent me a defective device, why am I the one paying to send it back? They did not send a new one and instead issued a full refund without saying another word. The good thing about this product, at least in my experience, is that the screens were fine and it did come with a charger and stylus. But clearly they do not check to see if the DSi even works before sending it out. Also, it smelt like dust and had a weird film and odor to it... it was a JP console so that might have something to do with it but it was still off putting. Overall, for the price of this product, I would not take the gamble and purchase this DSi.

DSI arrived on time and well packaged. (Boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap) Even came with a game (7 wonders) and a DSI charger. The buttons are still stiff and properly functional indicating little use prior to purchase. Audio is loud and clear and it even came with the original stylist. The only defect I have come to notice is a slight dim spot on the top screen but it is hardly noticeable. Also had a little getting it to read the game cartridges at first but this is to be expected with such an old device. This issue took less than 60 seconds to troubleshoot and hasn’t been giving me problems since. Overall I am entirely pleased with the product as it has very few scratches and checks off all the boxes for what I needed it for. Would buy again. :)

To start, this DSi has been working well for a few weeks since I got it, which is a significant benefit. The device arrived in excellent condition, with all buttons functioning perfectly. The audio is impressively loud and quite listenable. It also came with a stylus, which is a rare inclusion for these devices. As a refurbished unit, it likely had some outer components replaced, but it's all set up perfectly. The battery life is also very good; it can be used for quite a while before needing a recharge. The screens are in great condition considering the age of the device. I would recommend getting this for the price.

Great quality, no scratches and tbh feels like its brand new! All buttons work, stylo in place, camera works and so does charger. Great little console!

When I got the console it looked pretty good at first but then when I took it out of the packaging it had scratches on the top and the hinge piece and the right trigger was pretty much unusable the screen also had scratches on it but I guess it was mostly ok

All things considered, the console I received was in good condition, but it was listed as "excellent" so I have a few problems with how it arrived. There are some scratches and blemishes. Not such a big deal, and none of them were on the screens except for the much expected mild wear on the touchscreen. The power button is pretty worn down. Again, not an issue, but I would not call it "excellent." But the main thing, RetroRefresh... I don't know if you ended up replacing the screen on this thing, but you failed to notice a ton of dust you left between the lens and the LCD. Thankfully I am pretty handy with tech and I was able to remove the lens, clean the LCD, and replace it. This was disappointing. You should have noticed that. Overall, I am satisfied. However, I do not believe it deserves the "excellent" quality level. Edit: the shoulder buttons have stopped functioning. Again, I will fix this myself, but this is really unacceptable to sell in this state as "refurbished." I would've expected more from a random person on eBay. edit 2: there is a gap in the lower seated screen where light shines through which is very distracting. Dust is under the screen again because it is too lose, and I found dirt under the hinge. This is unacceptable. I am returning this device.
