If this is in a situation where we would not want it to default to unlocked in a power outage situation, can that be disabled?

When I unplug my setup with 3 doors they instantly unlock. It is pre wired for a backup battery, when the power goes out it will still function as normal. It’s a great setup and works flawlessly.
