You know why you’re looking at this and you have the following questions: does this smell like Neroli Portofino and does it really it last longer than the somewhat fleeting original? Yes and yes, even down to the opening which often lets a lot of these sorts of fragrances down. Is it beast mode now and a projection monster? No but you’ll get more hours out of it than you would have NP and summer scents shouldn’t be too heavy anyway. Love it. Price-wise ml for ml it’s a no brainer compared to the original and although no doubt it would have been even cheaper if not for the - admittedly very nice - presentation, like Rasasi’s La Yuqawan it feels justified given it’s superior performance and you’re paying for quality, just not Private Blend prices.

Yes, they smell 95% the same, yes this one lasts 8h+ on skin and 24h+ on clothes. Vorth every penny unlike the TF that’s gone in 30 min.

The scent: This is great, if you like orange blossoms or orchards! Its photo realistic to neroli/blossoms but linear otherwise. Don't expect the smell to change much or develop new twists as it ages. I was comfortable with that as I have lots of citrus scents and wanted something lighter and fresher. Its very very close to the Tom Ford Neroli Portofino, so if you've smelled it and liked it, you'll like this. Its been complimented a couple of times but I wouldnt look to this to be a compliment puller like a main stream scent would be, it's much more nuanced. Its safe for office wear, but I wouldnt use at the gym. The performance: I've had it a week, and did the standard try on as soon as I got it, and it had decent performance for a fresh fragrance, 2 hours on skin, 4 on clothes. I have sprayed some more out of the bottle to mature or oxidize it, and with all Middle easter clones, in the hope it will improve over the coming weeks. Overall, it's a good scent for something different to what everyone else is wearing. I caution you however, know what you're getting. Its a VERY good orange blossom scent, which makes it slightly floral but not overly sweet, more fresh and clean...think clean clothes drying on a lineon a farm in Italy in the middle of a orchard. If you aren't familiar with these scents you may think it leans feminine to unisex, however, if you like neroli this is a solid buy
