Very small the pictures are very misleading
Although it does say one once on the packaging in person it felt less for $20 this isn’t it I should have looked at the reviews a bit more though the flavor peanut butter and chocolate is pretty good the cereal itself is very crunchy very different from most store cereals ~ 4/10

Nice low carb cereal
For me, with milk the cereal is too salty. I checked the other flavors online and they have less sodium. When I ate the cereal with yogurt, it was a bit better. will check out other flavors with less sodium.

Hard and tasty like cardboard
This product is a great idea. However, it tastes nothing like peanut butter and it is so hard. I feel like I'm going to break a tooth on it even after soaking him milk for 10 minutes
