What's the difference with other same products?

These are more senstive on the skin so wiping their noses or face constantly won't make their skin red and irritated.

Does it have an expiery date?

There is no expiration date. These are the best ever. My son has horrible allergies and I go through at least 2 a month. His nose never gets raw or bothered with these.

Is this good to remove germs on baby hands?

I would not use it for anything outside of mucus removal from nose. It contains saline and it can dry out skin.
