Sterling Edwards Blend/Glazing Brush Blue - 1 In

This is a great scrubber/blender! It does not damage your watercolor paper as other scrubbers can. My wish is that they would make this in smaller sizes! Watch Sterling Edwards on youtube to see how he uses it. I own many of these bristle brushes - one in travel bag, one at home, one in second home, etc. IF bristles shed a lot, get a waterproof glue like Weldbond, put in at ferrule all around then let dry 24-48 hours. It will work like a dream after that.

This brush changed my watercolor paintings for the best. I use it to wet my paper for my landscape paintings and my glazing for the skies are awesome.

If you are not sure how to use this brush, check out Sterling Edwards on You Tube or his website. Very versatile! I bought just the medium size for budget reasons; would consider the other two when funds are available. In the meantime, this one works!

Very well constructed. I would have given 5 stars except the packaging was a bit excessive. On the bright side I did get a heavy duty, clear plastic,bag with a snap closure. Good to put something in, whatever that may be.

would love to get all of Sterling Edward's brushes. this one is made well and great for saturating the paper or blending. really nice brush!

Watched session on YouTube and decided to try out this item. Works as suggested and provides relief especially with saving tiresome times painting grass.

Received the item within a few days of ordering. It was not overpacked, arrived in great shape.

I bought this brush because it was the best animal friendly substitute for a hake brush to do loose watercolor painting. It works fairly well for that but continues to loose bristles which is annoying. That does seem to be an issue with this brush.
