I cannot find shuffle and repeat. The directions do not work for me. Can you help?

when music is playing, press the three horizonal bars in the upper right hand corner of the control. Here you will get the menu for "Back to home, Play Mode, Sound Settings, delete", etc. Press "Play Mode" and you will get an additional menu to repeat or shuffle songs.

How do you download music??

There are several different ways to download the music, but the easiest way was to transfer the music files through a program. I used Windows Media Player to do so. I ripped the music from Compact Discs then used the Sync feature to transfer them to the device. There are a few other methods but I found this way to be the most effective.
