Actually quite delicious! Very dark chocolate flavor, and not "chalky" or watered down like some other low cal diet shakes you've probably had. I also find it really IS sort of filling. I will admit I usually drink two. But still, maybe because of its thickness, that does seem to squelch the old ravaging appetite. Low carb too so if you have to watch those, here you go. Personally I would say skip the vanilla and strawberry, unless you just really love those flavors, and get the dark chocolate which is VERY good.

I’m very happy with the Adkins meal replacement shakes. I’ve been drinking them now for 4 years as a quick mid day meal replacement. My preference is the dark chocolate royal and don’t find they leave the after taste that I find with other brands. I had weight loss surgery 4 years ago and the shakes help provide my needed protein and are part of my daily meal plan. I’m not following the Adkins diet but do recommend the shakes for low carb added daily protein. The vanilla works well as a milk/cream substitute for my morning coffee.

Working as a nurse doesn’t give me long to eat an actual meal while working so I drink one of these everyday as a supplement for lunch. It has less sugar than the other brands so seems to be a healthier alternative. I have it on auto-ship so I never run out.

I have been on the atkins diet now for 3 months and im proud to say i lost 28 pounds.Shoping at the store the same quantity is $30.00, thanks to amazon the same quantity is 17.89 that a big savings when you drink 2 a day. The other benefit is that the always have my flavors in stock and the come to my door step in 2 days. Atkins is an amazing product and i highly recommend purchasing them and purchasing them on amazon.

Atkins protein drinks always taste great, no matter what flavor you try. They are great to replace a meal or after the gym for that extra protein. The price was very good and the delivery was next day. Will definitely purchase again.

I have never had a protein shake that I actually enjoyed the taste of in the past. The strawberry flavor is delicious and smooth. It really tastes like a shake but not that overpowering fake strawberry taste from places like McDonald. It’s very similar to strawberry ice cream. I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely purchase this again.

Wow the dark chocolate flavor is good! I bought from another company and the taste is so horrible! Now I’m trying this and one sip it tastes just like an ordinary chocolate drink! Hope it works though! Just want to be able to get some food in the morning before work!
