Honestly this cushion is a life saver, i use it everyday for my back pain.It heats up quick and to a temperature that actually helps, turns off on its own so i don't burn myself. I use level 3 most days but on easier pain days i used it in 2 and that’s not a bad heat level either.I have used Beurer heat pads for years but bought my first cushion over 2 years ago, it worked everyday during that 2 year 2 month period and when it stopped working I just bought another one the same moment as I use it that much.I find the cushion comfortable and it didn’t loose it shape all that much till late in its life and was in pretty great shape to the end really just didn’t turn on one day so new one ordered and received. Will hope this one lasts just as long and as well, love them!!!

If you're looking at this heated cushion you may have a bad back, I do. To find something that is of any relief to the constant pain is wonderful and this works for me. It heats up really fast and it is soft enough to shove it behind me comfortably. It can get really hot, which I like, I can even fall asleep with it on it's that much therapy for me, and I know it will safely turn itself off if left on. Great quality, couldn't be easier to use and is just the right size. Well worth the money!

Loved this so much I bought a second one to use in a different room. Would be nice if it got a little hotter but the level of heat is okay so long as your not wearing a thick layer.

So impressed with this little cushion that I bought another for my husband, he also loves it! Fast forward 2 months and we've just purchased 2 more to give as gifts. They are low wattage, but heat up quickly, it's a really lovely radiating heat, melts away the aches and pains. Originally bought for pain relief but they're a cheap alternative to having the heating on. Also I put them in the bed for 10 minutes, before we get in..... toastie! If you're interested in buying one I would say that you won't be disappointed!

When i first tried it it didnt feel that warm and I was gutted. But after a couple of goes my goodness did it get hot! Especially under a thin blanket or duvet. I love heat but level 3 gets far hotter than i can manage. What i love about this us how versatile it is! I use it watching tv in the lounge. Put it in my bed while i brush my teeth and my bed is so nice and warm when I get back. I use it at my desk when working or to warm up my little ones bed but take it out once warm. Its not big but pumps out more than enough heat to make up for it and cable plenty long enough. The two things that could make it even better is a storage bag as not super attractive cushion when not in use and why oh why is there a large plastic label attached to front? Can be removed but just very odd. All in all a great buy which has made these cold days so much more comfortable and warm! Super happy!

My partner has chronic backache and he has used Beurer heat pads for the last 8 years. He went through two heat pads in that time but whilst the integrity of the pad was lost over time, each one's ability to heat up remained after 3+ years.I decided to buy the pillow to try and give him a little more support. Initially, he was very happy with it and whilst I could see that the pillow was losing some of its sturdiness, it was still functioning well. However, after barely 4 months of use, its ability to heat up has failed, rendering it useless. I am sorely disappointed, especially as from previous experience, the Beurer brand seemed to represent reliability. Having gone over more recent reviews of the product, I can see this issue is not isolated to our experience.I have requested a refund from Amazon and will not be repurchasing.

This cushion is a godsend. I’ve tried different ways to ease my back pain and have finally found something that works. It heats up quickly and gets really warm. It’s also a great size for moving around to target different areas.

This heat pad in general is really nice, it's helped me get thru some periods of back pain. However I've only had it 4 months and it's stopped working. I tried changing the fuse but still didn't work.Very disappointed with the durability so won't purchase it again.

Three stars because when this product works it works great, but after only 2 years of sporadic use it quits working. I have been down this road with so many Buerer heating pads and cushions that have lasted even less time. For the price of these German devices I expect more. I’m done with this brand.

Ich lese - auch in den Rezensionen - immer wieder: "Nach 90 Minuten Dauerbetrieb schaltet sich das Heizkissen automatisch aus." Das Kissen wird abgeschaltet, aber der Schalter nicht. Er blinkt ununterbrochen und wird unter einer Decke ziemlich heiß.Ich wünsche mir eine 4. Wärmestufe, denn so richtig gut wärmend ist das Kissen bei Stufe 3 nicht.Zum Wärmen der Füße könnte das Kissen meinetwegen etwas größer sein.
