I’ve tried a LOT of electrolyte powders, and this is one of the few I genuinely look forward to drinking. The tangerine flavor is SO good. It’s refreshing without having that weird “vitamin drink” taste, and I actually find myself craving it. It also gets me to drink significantly more water, which is half the battle for me. Personally, I dump mine into a big Stanley cup of water to dilute it and to help avoid any side effects. One of the biggest wins: this doesn’t give me headaches like several other electrolyte brands I’ve tried. I also notice a nice little energy boost after drinking it without feeling like I’ve had a stimulant. The powder itself is great. It stays loose in the packet instead of turning into one giant hardened clump, and I’ve had no issues getting it to dissolve. I also really appreciate that they use real cane sugar rather than trying to make everything sugar-free with a bunch of alternative sweeteners! Nutritionally, I think the formula is pretty well thought out for what it is. You get electrolytes along with vitamin C and zinc, which is one of the main reasons I originally chose the Immune Support version. I also appreciate the potassium content and that I don’t feel like I’m drinking an unnecessarily massive sodium bomb. My one complaint is the forms of some of the vitamins. I really wish they had used P5P for the B6 and higher-quality forms of the B12 and zinc. That’s the ingredient nerd in me talking 😂 The amount of B6 is relatively small though and I’m using this as an occasional hydration drink—not my daily multivitamin 😝—so it isn’t a dealbreaker for me at all. But for the price, upgrading those forms would make this nearly perfect. I personally keep these around for workouts, hot days, travel, or times when I want some extra hydration and nutritional support. I don’t feel the need to drink one every single day. Bottom line: Fantastic flavor, dissolves easily, helps me drink more water, doesn’t trigger the headaches I’ve experienced with some other electrolyte mixes, and I genuinely enjoy drinking it. Upgrade a few of those vitamin forms and this would easily be a 10/10 for me.

I have attempted to drink more water to hydrate myself. This comes in individual packets and in many different flavors. So, good. I pour in at least 8 oz. of water. It mixes well the consistency is water.

This is the only Liquid IV I can tolerate. The others are too sweet are hurt my tummy. I like that this one is subtle in taste and has a lot of immune support. I have tried the other immune support flavors, but again, they aren't a favorite like this one. It does a great job in hydration, and when I'm coming down with an illness, I reach for this powder to help my immune health.

I cannot say enough good about this product. I love the flavor, orange in hydration is a tough one. The value (engh) I wish they had better deals. If I see a deal I will stick up but to me for the hydration i need this. I also wish they had more per packet 20-30 maybe. The taste is excellent and I hope they never change this flavor, it’s the best.

These are the perfect electrolyte packets. Perfect hydration to give you that extra boost! Especially in hot weather. And they are low sugar and taste great!

Definitely helps me stay hydrated, no bad side effects, easy on the tummy, strong flavor, definitely had to dilute . Which is a good thing, more to drink for me. Mixes really easily, really good value

Liquid I.V. Hydration is an excellent rehydration product for use when in the outback or bush. I use this product all the time for field trips in remote areas. I can highly recommend it.

These are the tastiest hydration sachets I have found. Others have a salty or acidic taste, where this is sweet and really easy to drink.
