Depends 3XL barely made it over my spouse’s hips, but these can be pulled all the way to the waist & worn comfortably overnight. Good absorbency

They really do keep you dry!
Okay Everyone I want to say with all my being that I have tried many different pullups from many different Companies and I find Tranquility to be the easiest to use and they rarely leak. Leaking seems to occur if they are not the correct size for the person or they are not wearing the pullups correctly. These pullups are the best bang for the buck. They are very comfortable and not bulky under your clothes. There is no odor and they keep you dry even if urination happens. I usually order enough for the entire month but the shipping is pretty fast. All in all in my opinion these pullups are the best on the market.

I had to write this review asap! Received this order this afternoon, and had to try them right away! Bingo, they are comfortable, easy to pull on and super easy to wear, and NO LEAKS! I have a a lot of “junk in my trunk”, so finding the right fit has been difficult, but, gotta say, these fit comfortably! I give it 5 stars and recommend 👍🏻💯

Difficult to size
2XL is really big. I actually need a 1X but they don’t make them anymore. Too bad. The XL is too small and has given me neuropathy in my legs. I resorted to making cuts to loosen them. Works ok but leaks.

Comfort and Confidence !!
I was having trouble trying to convince my 93 yr old Mama that just wearing "pads" was not enough anymore, so I bought a package of these and left them in her bedroom. After about a week of passing them by, she finally decided (on her own) to try one....Long story short, she loved them. Said they are easy to put on and take off. They are COMFORTABLE, and they really keep the water away from her bottom. She doesn't have to get up and down as often during the night, and they give her the CONFIDENCE she needed to go shopping or out to lunch again. Thank you, Tranquility!!
