Waste of money, lousey return policy
I bought two of these for my shower build, they only give you you 30 return window which isn't much when you are doing project on the side. Controls feel like garbage, temp adjust is all over the place I should have bought from temu 1/3rd the price and they stand behind their products . Not good quality
My contractor said this was awful to install. Now only 6 months into having our new shower it has completely split like shown in another video and it has rust all on the inside. Don’t waste your time and money.

This shower head gives a dense stream of water that is at the same time light and refreshing!
When I first got this I was pretty intimidated with what looked to be a pretty involved and complicated installation but I was pleasantly surprised that it was not too difficult. The instructions were clear and it even included tools. The shower handle was really nice- water pressure was strong but not too strong, handle is convenient to access parts where the sun don't shine, and wall attachment is secure. The beautifully polished shower dial makes my simple shower look like spa quality. The only grip I have are the water stains that accumulate if you don't wipe it after showering. The best part of all is the shower head!! When the water comes down on this shower head, it comes out soft yet heavy enough to not feel too soft. What I mean by heavy is that the stream concentrates to a center focal point, making it so you get a dense stream of water to give you a great wash. I'm really pleased with the product all around. Hope you find this helpful. (P.S. if I can install it, you can too. doesn't take a handy person to do it!)
