Finger destroyer
Ive been using the same gauge in daddario for over 1 year now. I am tuned to drop g#. they are fairly tight at that tuning and somehow the tone lasts longer on these. They have a certain twang that i look for in a guitar tone and although the daddario also has that it tends to fade within a week. Infact while recording my album with the daddario it lasted for 4 songs and then i could tell a difference between the original and later tracks. These strings so far sound like the tone lasts longer. This could be a placebo but i feel i wont be going back to daddario any time soon.

Absolutely amazing!
After I put these on my Ibanez RG8, the change was immediately felt, both in playability and tone. However, the 3rd string was weak. It broke quite easily during installation. Had to put a cheap replacement.

Great strings at a happy price
Ernie Ball makes good strings and the Slinky series has always been my go-to. These are pretty standard gauge strings, but if you're playing an 8 string, chances are you're not looking to beef up your E string for down-tuning, since you're already holding the grand piano of guitars in your hand. I bought a bunch of these at a good price. Now I can change strings whenever I need to. And of course, 8 strings means you can use these for 6 & 7 string guitars as well! Especially if you just chug the low strings on your extended range guitars, you can replace those bottom strings and use the rest for your 6-strings. Of course, being the fantastic guitar player that I am, I use the full range of my 8 string.. but uhhh.. for others, that might be good advice. Cheers!

Poco que decir, estas cuerdas son de las mejores en el mercado, recomiendo que al menos una vez al año lleves tu guitarra a calibración y que el técnico le haga el cambio de cuerdas para que las 8 cuerdas estén en la tensión adecuada
