Native Forest Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk- Simple, 13.5 Fl Oz, 12 Pack

I usually buy Trader Joe’s organic coconut milk but with all the recalls I looked for a more reputable brand that I can trust that is pure coconut milk & tested for purity. I love the taste and can taste the pure coconut milk without the added chemicals especially Guar gum. Will continue to buy their Simple organic coconut milk. Definitely a company you can trust.

Even though it's kind of expensive, you rest assured you are drinking organic simple coconut and water milk. No additives or preservatives. Just pure coconut milk. I just love it in my coffee, dessert and food.

Delicious! I’m halfway through my case. I was super disappointed when I opened the can and it was all chunky and separated but I decided to use it anyway. I drained the liquid off (for use in shakes) and used the solid in a creamy cauliflower risotto. Immediately, it started to melt and make a nice creamy sauce. Elated, I added it to my chicory/dandelion tea and gave it a whirl in my blender and YUM! I got my coffee flavor back without dairy! I also added it to a dairy free avocado dressing and found it didn’t quite cream like I thought it would. It solidified - completely. However, I put the dressing on top a hamburger and it melted to a dressing consistency. So it’s super heat sensitive. Doesn’t give a nice cream unless it’s at just the right temp (not too hot not too cold) and once refrigerated WILL separate/solidify. Same as coconut oil. Added plus: I’m actually allergic to guar gum and was SUPER excited this didn’t have any! It’s been impossible to find it without. ////EDIT:/// I ordered a batch and it was delivered yesterday. It will not solidify. It’s completely liquid, still creamy. Even after refrigeration. So I drained it over cheese cloth and got a super creamy yogurt like consistency which is actually better for my needs. My theory is that some batches include more coconut oil than other batches thus the reason for some being more solid. I don’t believe this is a quality control issue but more when the coconuts were harvested and at what temp as more oil was allowed to get into some batches when the weather is warmer. Just proves to me that it is indeed organic without fillers.

Bought 4 times since February and each time it was super creamy. Same creaminess as the one with guar gum. 🤨 Ordered my 5th case and it's watery, clumpy and separated. It doesn't matter if you blend it, it just stays separated. I enjoyed the creaminess for my coffee, but now it's watery and clumps of oil that sit on top of the coffee and has no flavor. It's expensive to buy a case and now I have to figure out what to do with it. I'm reluctant to buy again to get another case that's like this one. Why were the other cases different? Not sure if there is another brand that is creamy w/o guar gum. 😞

Started using this in March for chocolate egg mousse for “fat burning” and now it’s all I use in coffee and tea as well for its mild taste. I learned to let it rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes or it does curdle a bit in hot beverages. Blends well if you do that step. I tried transferring to a small glass bottle- but I noticed a little odor even after a couple days. Keep it in the can! It’s lined for optimal freshness. After opening the lid just enough to pour, I cover with foil and return to fridge. MCT’s in coconut milk was also a motivating factor, and No Guar Gum makes this one a winner! I submitted another review after second 12-pk can delivery because on 2 of 12 we’re not dented, and most of the 10 were significantly dented. I’m searching for a replacement option now.

I love this organic coconut milk. It’s the only one I’ve found without any additives. I ordered a case of 12, but only received 11 cans.
