1x Blank key BMW3 / X144 Review: Perfect for E30 - My '85 325e key is very very worn out, and this makes for a great replacement. My local Ace made me a new ignition key in 3 minutes for a few bucks and I was on my way! Too bad new cars can't be this cheap and easy, right? Worked well
Excellent blank to have a good spare of an old BMW key made. In my case a 1987 BMW 325i

They WORK.
This totally worked on two different e30s that I needed keys for. 100% success and no PITA trips to the dealer. I only remembered to write this review because I'm coming back for more.

Did not work for my 1987 E30
Did not work for my 1987 E30. After it was cut you could tell its sizing was slightly off and would never match the original. Bought an ILCO blank instead and that worked fine.

They work but need a little fidgiting
I ordered a new key from the dealer for my '91 E30. I didn't really want to spend $90 for a second pair so I picked up two of these and had them cut for $3. I went to test them on my car and they didn't work. The locksmith then noticed they were a few millimeters long than the original key. I was pretty disappointed and tried again the next day. I found out that if I don't put them in until they bottom out and leave them just tiny bit out they work fine.
