AMAZING PRODUCT
We had extremely bad odor for years and couldn't identify where it was coming from. I had my plumber (i was a state licensed general contractor) try to determine the cause and cure but he was unable to offer any solution. We were sure the odor was septic/sewer gas. I found this product and used it not expecting positive results but after about two weeks the oder lessened then vanished.. Using it monthly has kept us odor free. You have to allow the time it takes to solve your problem, not an instant success but a definite solution. I won't be without it again.

Did not solve our problem
Easy to use. I appreciated the way it measured to the fill cap for you. (You can see in the photo, you squeeze the bottle and it self fills under the left cap to the correct measurement. Then you pour down the toilet). This did NOT solve our septic issue, but I don’t think it was any fault of the product. Our septic has been backed up for a few weeks and causing the toilets to bubble after everyone rotates through showers. We followed the instructions as stated, but ultimately ended up having to dig-up the line and tank for a more “hands on” approach to solving the problem. It is a six month supply, so we will continue using it till it is gone. I figure it can’t hurt to continue accelerating the bacteria in the tank that’s working so hard to break down solids. *TIP: don’t wait 10+ years to drain your septic. *

Seems to work!
I didn’t have a known issue, but I do have an old septic and occasionally have large numbers of guests.. I’ve used it as instructed (6 days in a row and 1x per week) a couple of times in the last year and have not had a backup or tanks pumped.

Stopped the system from gurgling!
Stopped the system from gurgling! Very easy to use. :D Don't know when the house's septic has ever been cleaned out, but it's been 10 years since we lived here and got some bubbling. This has stopped the bubbling.
