Great taste. Even better with fresh blueberries! Unfortunately very expensive.

This has very few oats in it to help bariatric patients post-op ingest some much needed fiber without harming the stomach in the early stages of eating. However, once made, it tastes like you are eating bubbly, foamy paste. The protein in this product foams up so bad once you microwave it that it's intolerable to eat. It fills your mouth with foam, which then gets swallowed into your stomach, and creates burps, gas, and fills you up doubly fast. So you go into eating a packet of this oatmeal thinking youll be getting 15g of protein, but you will likely only be able to get a quarter of the serving down, thus making you eat terrible, foamy paste for very little protein. Do not recommend. If you want something from this company that does taste good and gets you protein I recommend their hot cocoa packets instead. Those are quite good.

Not bad, it has a bit of an interesting flavor, there is something making it not quite oatmeal consistency, but it's not bad. I like that it's so low in Cals/Carbs that I can add in some nice chocolate protein powder and still be low. It's also great with fruit mixed in. Not sure if this one stays on the list or not. But it's not bad and I like the higher protein and fiber.

Taste is not bad and you can add to it to make it better. The problem is the price for the amount of product. Texture is almost like normal oatmeal. I get that the portions are small but it’s only 7 little packets. If you are willing to pay the money it’s great and has the protein and less carbs but again money is the issue.

This oatmeal is great!

This oatmeal was gross and it was mushy and I had to toss it out. Amazon doesn't take food back. Won't be buying it again. However, the banana nut was pretty good. I would probably give it three and a half to four stars but it was pretty good I would do that again if I had to buy the high protein oatmeal same brand.

Bought several products from this and sister companies. I am in need of upping my protein intake and thought this would be a great add since I don’t like protein bars and most drinks are horrid. I was very surprised at the taste. The texture is more like cream of wheat or coco wheats instead of oatmeal. The addition or subtraction of water is key to get it to a good texture that you like. It died puff but goes down as it cools. The portion size to me was perfect for what I am needing? I will definitely purchase this item again and will be purchasing the apple cinnamon flavor as well ! I give 5 stars
