When I first started using Listerene I chose the cool mint flavour but found it was too strong and burnt my tongue. I tried ordering the Listerene antiseptic as recommended by Dr Ellie's complete mouthcare system but each time it arrived it wasn't the same. I decided to try one more time and at last, this one is exactly what I wanted. The bottle is a good size and although it's sharp around my mouth, it doesn't burn my tongue and it leaves a very pleasant antiseptic taste in my mouth. I will definitely buy again from this seller.

Dr. Ellie on YouTube told me to use this, and only this, version/flavor of listerine. I'm so glad I listened to her because using her "complete mouth system" my so called "incurable" gum disease is reversing. I used to floss every time I ate and I flossed constantly, throwing away the floss and tearing more to continue because the floss would have so much food on it . If I fell asleep without intending to, so I didn't floss, I would wake up with the problem right back to square one. i was getting a periodontal cleaning every other month (only because I couldn't afford to pay to have it done every month). One day, a few days after a cleaning, I was flossing after eating and a little dot of blood was on the floss. THAT DID IT! At that point I felt I had nothing to lose by listening to the sweet little older lady on YouTube. Thank God, I did! In the past, my gum pockets were 3's and a couple of 5's at the back molars. I started Dr. Ellie's system in October 2024. It's now May 2026 and I went to the dentist last week for a cleaning. My points (pockets) measure all 2's and two 3's! I haven't even been doing the system twice a day like I should but now knowing that it definitely works, I'll be extra diligent! I don't even floss any more unless I get a popcorn kernal or something wedged in my teeth. Most importantly the worst-than-dragon breath is gone! Even if I fall asleep after eating, it's not like I'm back at square one.

Lasts a long time! Is very strong but keeps your mouth so fresh and clean.

I've used Listerine for 40 years. Because of the alcohol content I'm a little bit leery about using it every day. But I like having the powerful antiseptic effect if I need all-day breath protection, or feel a little bit of an infected area of my gums.
