Delicious and creamy. This white chocolate has such a rich flavor and heating some up in the microwave for about 45 seconds gives you the perfect texture to have for strawberry dipping. I love to pair this with the Ghirardelli milk chocolate melting wafers as well. Great purchase

Best chocolate on a budget
I needed this for my chocolate strawberry project and its smooth and has a good taste! -1 star bc It is much thinner than I imagined. I could almost see the strawberry after dipping, but works very well with color mill dyes! I didn’t double dip but I’m sure that would have done the trick. Melts well in the microwave w 10-30s intervals. Use an airtight container, baking soda, & paper towels. if you don’t want your berries to sweat, and let them come back to room temp bc the packaging I used was cute but my berries suffered from severe condensation. Overall I would definitely recommend! Best chocolate on a budget!

Different strokes for different folks
The chocolate is delicious and it tastes wonderful, however in terms of dipping things, it is a little runny for my taste. It melted down nicely in increments of 30 seconds. It does tend to pool a lot at the bottom the treat you are making. Though I will say, because of that, it seemed to last longer. It also dries very quickly. I didn't have to stick it in the freezer or let it dry in a cool place. Sprinkles stick well to it too.
