Solid and complex vanilla flavor

High quality vanilla extract with great flavour and value
This vanilla extract is excellent quality and has a really nice, natural flavour. I’ve mainly used it for baking and making ice cream, and it adds a lovely depth without tasting artificial or overpowering. You can tell it’s made from good quality vanilla beans. Bottle glass is thick so unlikely to break or leak.The bottle is a good size and a little goes a long way, so it should last a long time. For the price, the value for money is very good considering the quality. A great vanilla extract that I’d happily keep using.

Vanilla extract ?
Vanilla extract ? really ? This is the worst vanilla extract i have ever tasted. I have been working as a chef in many restaurants so i know what i am talking about. It taste like just a hint of Vanilla and the major flavour is water and a lot of alcohol. it feels like 5% Vanilla diluted with 95% Alcohol and water. I am very disappointed.

Does the job of a pure vanilla extract!
As an American living in Germany I can confirm that this vanilla extract will work for your baking needs. There are mixed reviews here and lots of complaints about alcohol. The vanilla bean flavor is extracted in alcohol or sugar. This one is an alcohol extraction, which I think tastes best. Alcohol evaporates in the cooking process. I think the flavor is similar to McCormicks or the big bottle, bargain, Costco vanilla. I noticed the importer is based in Florida, where I am from, maybe that’s why I find it worth the price.
