Works well warm or cold. Good just for relaxing or as an aid in battling my frequent aches,pains,and headaches. Nice smell, not too strong, good gentle pressure, would recommend

I bought same brand, same style in 2010 and it held up amazingly, that when the innerbag seam broke I immediately went to replace it with like kind/same brand. Value for money is excellent. Three minutes in the microwave and it heats perfectly. Retains temperature for 20 minutes or more. Excellent. Only issue is the aromatherapy scent profile - very strong and one of the scents is very offensive - almost repugnant - not compatible with the other lovely scents. I am very hopeful it's gross smell fades quickly and the others remain lovely. Haha!

Love this neck wrap. Just pop it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and place on shoulders & neck. I use it on my clients while their color is processing & it is the most relaxing.

This neck pillow is super soft, comfy and smells great.

I enjoyed the comfort and heat supplied to my shoulders and neck, but the THREE VERY STRONG SCENTS together are very overpowering, bordering on being sickening.
